[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a ribbon-shaped adhesive material that has been subjected to anti-adhesion treatment on the side surfaces. In particular, by applying an anti-adhesion treatment in which an inorganic anti-adhesion agent is attached to the side surface of the ribbon-shaped adhesive material itself, the packaging process can be reduced. The present invention relates to a ribbon-like adhesive material that has been subjected to side anti-adhesion treatment and exhibits excellent adhesion-preventing effects such as cost reduction, prevention of blocking of the ribbon-like adhesive material during storage, and improved workability during use.

Conventionally, when ribbon-shaped adhesive materials are produced using an extrusion process, the width of the release paper is made wider than the width of the adhesive layer, and the widthwise edges of the release paper protrude beyond the edges of the adhesive layer. I have been doing side protection. However, even these products often cause blocking due to creep of the adhesive material during storage, making them difficult to use. However, widening the release paper width as a countermeasure would not only be uneconomical but also cause the load to collapse and reduce work efficiency, so in the end, it would be necessary to wrap each item individually or add release paper to the side. This increases man-hours and costs. In addition, when ribbon-shaped adhesive material is produced through a rolling and width cutting process, a method is used in which the material is rolled in a wide width, pasted with release paper, and then cut into appropriate widths using a slitter or the like. There is. In this case, the widthwise ends of the adhesive layer and the widthwise ends of the release paper are aligned, and the adhesive layer is exposed on the side surfaces. In this case as well, in order to prevent the side surfaces from adhering, the methods of individually wrapping them or attaching release paper to the sides are taken, which inevitably increases the number of packaging steps and costs.

In addition, with the method of attaching release paper to each package or side, the adhesion prevention means must be removed before use, and the side of the adhesive material is exposed, making it easy for the exposed surface to stick to hands. It is easy to get dirty with dirt, etc., and this adhesive material can only be placed on surfaces that have been treated to prevent adhesion. Furthermore, there is a drawback that when the work is interrupted and the product is stored, anti-fouling treatment is required again.

The present invention eliminates these drawbacks by attaching an inorganic anti-adhesive agent to the sides of a ribbon-shaped adhesive material with release paper pasted on at least one of the upper and lower surfaces of the adhesive layer. It was made possible to achieve this purpose.

In other words, the present invention provides a ribbon that has been subjected to side anti-adhesion treatment by adhering an inorganic anti-adhesive agent to the side surfaces of a ribbon-shaped adhesive material with release paper pasted on at least one of the upper and lower surfaces of the adhesive layer. In the adhesive material, the adhesive layer is mainly composed of butyl rubber, styrene-butadiene block copolymer, or styrene-isoprene block copolymer, and a tackifier resin and additives are added and blended, and an inorganic barrier is added. The adhesive is characterized by having a scale-like shape or a fibrous shape.

As a method for attaching an inorganic anti-adhesion agent to the side surface of a ribbon-shaped adhesive material, if the widthwise edges of the adhesive layer and release paper are aligned and the side surface of the adhesive layer is exposed, for example, It is possible to use a very simple process of simply placing the side surface of the rolled ribbon-like adhesive material on top of an inorganic anti-adhesive agent, and inorganic anti-adhesive agent depending on the condition of the exposed side surface. Anti-fouling treatment can be easily carried out by sprinkling or spraying.

Next, a specific example of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an example of adhesion prevention treatment for ribbon-shaped adhesive material produced through the rolling and width cutting processes. In this case, adhesion prevention treatment on the side surfaces is essential, and according to the present invention, an inorganic adhesion prevention agent 3 is applied to the side surfaces of the ribbon-shaped adhesive material with release paper 2 pasted on the lower surface of the adhesive layer 1. Unlike conventional methods, this process allows stacking of packages without the need for individual packages or adding release paper to the sides, making it possible to significantly reduce packing man-hours and packaging costs. In addition, blocking during storage is less likely to occur, especially during use.
The ribbon-shaped adhesive material of this invention has anti-adhesion treatment applied to the sides itself, so it won't get on your hands during work.
It has many advantages, such as being resistant to stains with dirt and the like, and being able to be stored as is without re-adhesion prevention treatment even when work is temporarily suspended and stored. Furthermore, conventional ribbon-shaped adhesive materials have the disadvantage that they can only be placed on surfaces that have been subjected to release treatment during work, and for this reason, workers may place their feet on surfaces that have been treated with release treatment, such as by stepping on release paper and sliding their feet. Although the risk was high, by using the ribbon-shaped adhesive material of the present invention, such problems can be solved at the same time, and safety can also be improved. Furthermore, by omitting packaging, materials can be saved and work efficiency can be improved.

FIG. 2 shows an example of adhesion prevention treatment for ribbon-shaped adhesive material produced in an extrusion process. In this case, the side surface adhesion prevention treatment is also performed by making the width of the release paper 2 wider than the width of the adhesive material layer 1, but the adhesion prevention treatment shown in the present invention, that is, the side surface of the ribbon-shaped adhesive material is coated with an inorganic barrier. By using the method of attaching adhesive 3 in combination, a double adhesion prevention effect is exhibited, and many of the advantages described in the embodiment shown in FIG. It is also economical because it can be made to the minimum width necessary for the process.

Figure 3 shows a ribbon-shaped adhesive material 1 produced in the same rolling and width cutting process as in Figure 1, with a release paper 2 pasted on the lower surface and a protective material 4 coated on the upper surface. An example in which adhesive 3 is attached is shown. The effect of the adhesion prevention treatment in this case is also similar to that of the previous embodiment shown in FIG.

As mentioned above, the ribbon-like adhesive material of the present invention is coated with an inorganic scale-like or fibrous-like anti-adhesive agent on the side surface to prevent adhesion. It is possible to significantly reduce the amount of water, prevent blocking during storage, and dramatically improve workability and safety during use, so it has extremely great industrial value.
