- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ フアン、該フアンのすぐ後方に位置させた多
孔質材料等で構成されたフイルター、及び該フイ
ルター全体がぬれるように該フイルターの上方か
ら液体を供給する手段からなるハンダの煙の吸収
装置。 ２ 該フイルターに液体を供給する手段が、フイ
ルター上方の散水棒、液だめ、及び液だめの液を
散水棒に送る循環ポンプを含む第１項に記載の吸
収装置。 ３ 液だめがフイルターの下にあつて、上記多孔
質フイルターの下端が液だめに浸されており、液
が下からもフイルター全体に浸透している第２項
に記載の吸収装置。
