Claims (1)
- 遠心鋳造管金型の全面開口部に環状コアを嵌入
して固着する遠心鋳造管金型のコアセツタにおい
て、コアの全面に両鍔付き環状の前蓋を当接し、
前蓋の鍔と内設する金型内面に環状溝を穿削し、
該環状溝へ鍔を貫通して嵌入する複数の係止杆を
前蓋面上に進退自在に装着し、該係止杆の下方に
は常に金型内面側へ付勢する弾性ばねを取付ける
と共に、係止杆の中間部では前記付勢力に抗して
反対側へ押下げる押えレバを回動自在に軸支し、
一方これら部材を具えた前蓋と脱着自在に前記押
えレバを押して回動する解除リング、および該解
除リングを水平に進退する駆動機構を組合せてな
る遠心鋳造管金型のコアセツタ。
