Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、連続的に供給される帯状の生地を
薄く展延しつつ焼成し、さらに生地表面に模様を
入れると共に、その生地を螺旋状に巻き取る様に
した巻菓子の製造方法に関するものである。

ンベアの上に菓子生地を盛り、ローラ等で展延し
つつ焼釜へ移送し、焼成後その菓子生地を螺旋状
に巻き取つていた。
