- 半導体ウエハダイシング用ブレードの切断部以
外の箇所に欠所を設けると共に、該ブレードを取
り付けるチヤツクに前記ブレードに設けられる欠
所に対応する突起を設け、該突起に前記欠所を嵌
合するようにしたことを特徴とする半導体ウエハ
ダイシング用ブレードの取付構造。
