これが従来の熱交換器槽は第1図に示す如きも
ので1は槽本体、2は排温水の流入管、3はその
排水管、4は槽本体内に配設した蛇管で加温され
る清水の流出入用管である。

のとなつている。また槽本体底部や蛇管の外周に
は排温水と共に流入したスカムが堆積して清掃に
困難を来たしたり熱交換機能が低下する原因をな
している。

するようになさしめるのほか、該管上部の前記排
温水の流入管2が設けられる同高位置に撹拌翼1
2を回動自在に軸支させる構成とする。

突しない状態でスカム案内板を排水管から突設さ
せ、撹拌羽根の回動で槽内に浮遊するスカムが回
流し上記スカム案内板と衝突する側の排水管壁面
に吸込み口が設けてあることを特徴とした排温水
熱交換器。
