It was hot too.

特徴としている。<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a folding door mirror that is provided with a moderation mechanism that semi-fixes the visor in an upright position and a tilted position. An arm is provided protruding from each side to form a substantially U-shaped support portion into which the base of the visor is inserted, and the axis of rotation is aligned with the upper and lower joint surfaces of the base of the visor and is extended outward. A U-shaped notch hole is provided that protrudes integrally toward the rotating shaft and surrounds these rotating shafts, and the rotating shaft is supported by a mounting piece that is flexible in the vertical direction. A shaft hole is formed into which the shaft is inserted, and the visor is rotatably attached to the stay by inserting the rotating shaft into each shaft hole.
Further, a moderation plate made of an elastic material is fixed to the base of the outer periphery of the rotating shaft and interposed on the joint surface of the outer periphery of the insertion portion between at least one of the upper and lower rotating shafts and the shaft hole,
A moderation projection is provided on the moderation plate, and a moderation recess is provided on the joining surface of the opposing arms, and by combining these moderation recesses and the moderation projection, a moderation mechanism is constructed that semi-fixes the visor at a predetermined position. It is characterized by

Furthermore, the moderation function is exerted by the moderation plate interposed between the joint surfaces, and the visor is semi-fixed in the upright position and the tilted position. Furthermore, since the rotating shaft supported by vertically flexible mounting pieces is inserted into the shaft hole formed in the arm of the stay, it can be easily inserted by bending the mounting piece. Afterwards, the mounting piece returns to its original state, so once it is inserted, it will not easily come off, allowing for reliable visor installation.

A short rotating shaft 13 is protruded from the outer surface of this mounting piece 12, and correspondingly, a shaft hole 14 into which the rotating shaft 13 is inserted is provided on the inner surface of the arm 6, and these upper and lower rotating shafts are connected to each other. 13 and the shaft hole 14 are provided so that their axes coincide with each other.
To attach the visor 2 to the stay 1, use the mounting piece 12.
Push the base 8 into the support part 7 using the deflection of
This is done by inserting the rotating shaft 13 into the shaft hole 14, and since the mounting piece 12 returns to its original shape, the visor 2 cannot be easily removed once it is mounted. In addition, in order to facilitate this installation operation, the rotating shaft 1
3 is formed with a guide surface 13a that is inclined in the insertion direction. Further, the visor 2 is made, for example, by molding of elastic synthetic resin, and the stay 1 is made, for example, by die-casting of zinc.

Reference numeral 18 denotes a substantially disk-shaped moderation plate made of a spring plate, and as shown in FIG. inserted between. A shaft insertion hole 21 is provided in the center of the moderation plate 18, and two moderation pieces 23 are formed by providing an arc-shaped notch 22 on the outer periphery.
A V-shaped moderation protrusion 24 is provided on each side. Correspondingly, a recess 25 into which the moderation plate 18 fits is formed in the arm 6 described below, and a moderation protrusion 2
V-shaped moderation recesses 26a and 26b, which are engaged with the V-shaped moderation recesses 26a and 26b, are provided on the circumference. The moderation protrusion 24 and the moderation recesses 26a, 26b are arranged so that the moderation protrusion 24 and the moderation recesses 26a and 26b are connected to each other when the visor 2 is in an upright position, as shown by solid lines in FIG.
The protrusion 24 and the recess 26b are arranged so as to engage with each other when the protrusion 24 and the recess 26b are tilted approximately 90 degrees as shown by the chain line.

The base of the visor is inserted into the almost U-shaped support part of the stay, and the visor is rotatably supported in two places, upper and lower, and the visor is semi-fixed at a predetermined position by a moderation plate interposed on the joint surface. Compared to a structure in which the visor is supported in a cantilevered structure, the structure of the support part is not only simplified, but also the strength is greatly improved, and the structure of the moderation mechanism is also simplified. Therefore, it is possible to downsize the support portion, increase the ratio of the mirror area to the projected area of the visor, and reduce manufacturing costs.
It is possible to obtain a door mirror at a low cost that has a small overall size relative to the mirror area, low running resistance, and a clean appearance in terms of design.
