  1. 公共用トイレ等に設置される給湯設備であつて
    、該給湯設備は、水と湯をレバー操作により切り
    替えて吐出し得る切替水栓と、該切替水栓内に適
    温に調節した湯を供給し得る湯供給設備と、切替
    水栓内に水を供給し得る水供給設備とにより構成
    されていることを特徴とする給湯設備。
