Claims (1)
自在に収納されたラチエツトと、前記ラチエツト
に選択的に噛み合い可能な第１爪部と第２爪部と
を具えた爪部材と、一端で前記爪部材に取付けら
れた弾性連結片と、前記連結片の他端が取付けら
れ回転自在な切換部材と、前記ハウジングの中央
付近の一側面に設けた穴から外部に延びかつ前記
切換部材に取付けられて第１位置と第２位置に移
動可能な操作片とを有してなり、前記操作片の位
置を切換えることにより、前記弾性連結片を介し
て前記第１爪部と第２爪部の前記ラチエツトとの
噛み合い関係が選択され、前記ラチエツトの有効
回転方向が切換えられるようにしたことを特徴と
