成る内部電極層を有することを特徴とするヒユー
ズ付きコンデンサ。 (2) 内部電極層として、複数に分割された内部
電極と、該内部電極に接続され、かつ、該内部電
極の電極幅より狭い回路幅に形成された複数のヒ
ユーズ部を有する内部電極層を用いたことを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のヒユ
ーズ付きコンデンサ。 (3) 内部電極層として、複数に分割された内部
電極と、該内部電極に接続され、かつ、該内部電
極の電極幅より狭い回路幅に形成された複数のヒ
ユーズ部と、該複数のヒユーズ部を相互に接続す
る集電電極部とを有する内部電極層を用いたこと
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載
のヒユーズ付きコンデンサ。 (4) 内部電極層として、複数に分割された櫛状
の内部電極を有する内部電極層を用いたことを特

極を相互に接続する集電電極部とを有する内部電
