The drip tube for the micro-dose drip set uses a drip tube that drops the medicine taken out from the medicine bottle through the bottle needle into the main body of the tube, which is much thinner than usual (outer diameter is about 0.4φ, inner diameter is about 0.2φ), and has a diameter of approx. It is designed to dispense 1 ml in 100 drops (normal drip tubes dispense 1 ml in about 20 drops), and the dripping speed is extremely slow. Therefore, when performing intravenous therapy using this drip tube for a micro-infusion set, the preparation work is to connect the bottle needle to the drug solution bottle, and then drip the drug solution in the bottle through the drip tube and into the tube main body. There was a problem in that it took a lot of time to collect a certain amount of chemical liquid and to fill the liquid guide tube following the cylinder main body with the chemical liquid, so that it could not be used for urgent needs. To solve this problem,
Conventionally, a three-way stopcock was interposed in the middle of a liquid guiding tube that communicated between the bottle needle and the drip tube, and a bypass tube was provided that allowed the drug solution in the bottle to be introduced directly into the barrel main body from the three-way stopcock without passing through the drip tube. The structure was such that the preparation work could be speeded up by operating the three-way stopcock.

However, in the conventional case described above, the three-way stopcock itself only switches the flow path and does not have the function of adjusting the liquid volume, so it is necessary to install a so-called clench to adjust the liquid volume upstream of the liquid guide tube with the three-way stopcock interposed. This was a hassle as it required both the three-way stopcock and the clamping operation. Furthermore, since the bypass tube is provided, the drip tube itself becomes large and difficult to handle.

This idea was developed to solve the above problem, and by simply rotating the main body of the drip tube or the cap member in a fixed direction, it is possible to select between a narrow tube flow path and a flow path directly connected to the main body of the drip tube, and to select the flow rate. It is an object of the present invention to provide a drip tube for a micro-droplet drip set that can be easily and reliably adjusted.

10 is a cylinder main body made of a transparent material, the top surface of the cylinder main body 10 is open, and a liquid guide tube 3 is provided at the bottom.
One connecting pipe 11 is provided. Reference numeral 12 denotes a weir plate that seals the upper surface of the cylindrical main body 10, and a cylindrical body 13 is provided in the center of the weir plate 12 in a hanging manner.
The cylindrical body 13 has a small diameter cylindrical part 15 formed at its lower end via a stepped part 14, and a drip tube 16 is provided in this. As the drip tube 16, a 27G straight needle (outer diameter 0.4φ, inner diameter 0.2φ) is usually used. Also,
A chemical overflow hole 17 is provided in the upper side wall of the cylindrical body 13.
has been established. Reference numeral 18 denotes a cap member that covers the upper part of the cylinder main body 10. The cap member 18 has a female thread 19 formed at its skirt portion 18a, and is screwed into a male screw 20 formed on the upper outer periphery of the cylinder main body. 21 is a bottle needle provided on the top 18b of the cap member 18;
Although the case where the bottle needle 21 is insert-molded in the top projecting tube 18c is shown, the present invention is not limited to this, and it may be integrally molded with the same material as the cap member 18, such as synthetic resin, or it may be inserted into the top projecting tube 18c. It may be attached via a liquid tube. 22
is the top protruding pipe 1 from the inner surface of the cap member 18.
The valve body 22 is a cylindrical valve body whose base end is attached to the cylindrical body 8c.
The cap member 18 is inserted into a cylindrical body 13 provided in the cylindrical body 13, and is moved up and down within the cylindrical body 13 by rotating the cap member 18 in the tightening direction or vice versa. The upper side wall of this valve body 22 slides in fluid-tight contact with the inner wall of the cylindrical body 13, the lower side wall has a small diameter, and an annular gap 2 is formed between the valve body 22 and the inner wall of the cylindrical body.
3 is formed. Further, the valve body 22 is provided with a chemical liquid flow path 24 that communicates from its upper end surface to a small diameter lower side wall. Therefore, the medicinal solution flowing down the bottle needle 21 is guided to the lower surface side of the cylindrical body 13 through this medicinal solution flow path 24. In this case, when the valve body 22 is at the lowest position and its lower end surface 22a is in contact with the stepped part 14 of the small diameter cylindrical part 15 provided with the drip tube 16, the drip tube 16 is closed and the cylindrical tube is closed. The overflow hole 17 provided in the peripheral wall is closed. When the valve body 22 starts moving upward from the lowest position, the drip slot 16 is opened. The opening ratio is the valve body 2
2 increases as the position increases, and reaches the highest moving position (second
(see figure), the lower side wall of the valve body 22 opens the overflow hole 17.

In the illustrated example, the weir plate 12 has a raised portion 25 on its upper surface, but the weir plate 12 is not limited to this.
It goes without saying that 2 may be formed into a funnel shape. Further, although not particularly shown in the above embodiments, it is preferable that the liquid guide tube 31 be provided with means for preventing twisting when the cylinder main body 10 and the cap member 18 are rotated.

First, while holding the intravenous needle 32 at a constant height, the bottle needle 21 is inserted into the stopper of the drug solution bottle 33 as shown in the fourth figure. Next, the cap member 18 or the cylinder main body 10 is rotated in a certain direction to move the valve body 22 to the uppermost position as shown in the second figure. As a result, the overflow hole 17 provided in the upper side wall of the cylindrical body 13 is opened wide (this opening may be performed before connecting the bottle needle 21 to the drug solution bottle). As a result, the chemical liquid bottle 33
The chemical liquid inside flows down the chemical liquid channel 24 that opens on the upper end surface of the valve body 22 and enters the cylindrical body 13, and is dripped from the drip tube 16 at the lower end of the cylinder body 13.
7 and directly into the cylinder main body 10. After filling the liquid guiding tube connected to the bottom of the cylinder main body 10, the liquid is rapidly accumulated in the cylinder main body. After completing such preparatory work, the tip of the intravenous needle 32 is placed below the medicinal liquid bottle, the medicinal liquid is guided to the needle end, a part of it is squirted out to eliminate air, and the medicinal liquid is injected into a blood vessel of the human body.

Next, the cap member 18 is rotated in the opposite direction to the above-mentioned direction and moved down to the extent that the overflow hole 17 is closed by the upper side wall of the valve body 22. After this, the drip tube 16
The cap member 18 may be further rotated by checking the amount of drops to be dropped from the above and adjusted so that the optimum amount of drops can be obtained.

As described above, in this invention, a cap member equipped with a bottle needle is screwed onto the upper part of a cylinder main body whose bottom part has a connecting protrusion for a liquid guiding tube and whose upper surface is sealed with a dam plate. A cylindrical valve body having a flow path communicating with the bottle needle is provided on the inner surface, and the cylindrical body in which the valve body fits is suspended from the center of a weir plate that seals the upper surface of the cylinder main body. A drip tube that is opened and closed by the end face of the valve body is provided at the lower end of the body, and an overflow hole that is opened and closed by the side wall of the valve body is provided on the side wall of the cylinder. The preparatory work of accumulating liquid in the cylinder main body and filling the liquid conduit that follows the cylinder main body can be easily performed by simply rotating the cap member or the cylinder main body in either direction, and the work can be done in a short time and can be done in an emergency. This has the excellent effect of being able to deal with the key points immediately.
