A conventional drip tube of this type is shown in FIG. In the figure, 1 is a cylindrical main body having a connecting protrusion 3 for a liquid guide tube 2 at the bottom, and 4 is a cap member fixed to the cylindrical main body 1 so as to cover its upper part. The cap member 4 is provided with a bottle needle 6 at its top for piercing the stopper 5' of the drug liquid bottle 5, and is integrally equipped with an infusion tube 7 for dripping the drug liquid flowing down through the bottle needle 6 into the barrel body 1. It is set in a hanging shape. This drip tube 7
The medicinal solution dripped from the tube is stored in the cylinder body 1 and injected into the venous blood vessels of the human body through the venous needle 8 tied to the tip of the liquid guide tube 2 connected to the connecting protrusion 3 at the bottom. The amount of this liquid injected is equal to the amount of liquid dripped from the drip tube 7, and therefore, the amount of injection is adjusted by adjusting the number of drops. For this reason, conventionally, a clamp (liquid volume adjustment device) 9 is installed in the middle of the liquid guide tube 2, and the liquid guide tube 2 is crushed by operating the roller 9a of the clamp 9 to change the cross-sectional area. However, the degree of deformation of the liquid guide tube 2 crushed by the roller 9a of the cleanser 9 may change between the initial state and after a certain period of time has elapsed, and there is a risk of disrupting the flow rate. This change in flow rate has a large and dangerous effect on a patient receiving a drug solution through an intravenous drip, for example.

This invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and aims to provide a drip tube that has a liquid volume adjustment function without using a clamp that crushes the liquid guide tube. Another object of the present invention is to provide a drip tube that can permanently maintain the adjusted amount once the amount of liquid has been adjusted to the optimum level.

4a, a male threaded portion 1 provided on the upper outer periphery of the cylinder main body;
5 has a female threaded portion 16 that can be screwed into the top portion 14b.
A cylindrical projecting tube 14c is provided at the center of the tube, and a bottle needle 17 extends from the outer end of the tube. The bottle needle 17 is usually made of metal, and its base is inserted into the top protruding tube 14c of the cap member 14 as shown in the figure, but it is not limited thereto, and may be integrally molded from the same material as the cap member 14, such as synthetic resin. However, it may be attached to the end of the tube connected to the top projecting tube 14c. 1
Reference numeral 8 denotes an inverted conical valve body that is fitted and fixed to the inner end of the protruding pipe 14c of the cap member 14 via the shaft portion 18a, and the valve body 18 is arranged in a direction in which the cap member 14 is tightened with respect to the cylinder main body 10. The mouth end of the drip tube 13 is sealed or opened by rotating it in the opposite direction or vice versa. The shaft portion 18a of the valve body 18 is provided with a vertical groove 18b along the axial direction on its circumferential surface, and the medicinal liquid flowing down through the bottle needle 17 is directed to the dam plate 12 of the cylinder main body 10 and the cap member 14.
It is designed so that it can be introduced into a space 19 created by.

Reference numeral 20 denotes a water collection part provided at the peripheral edge of the mouth end of the weir plate 12. Even if the water collection part 20 is formed as an annular raised part as shown on the upper surface of the weir plate 12, the weir plate 12
Needless to say, it may be formed into a funnel shape. Further, although not particularly shown in the above embodiment, it is preferable that the liquid guide tube 31 be provided with means for preventing twisting when the cylinder main body 10 and the cap member 14 are rotated.

First, while holding the intravenous needle 32 at a constant height, the bottle needle 17 is inserted into the stopper 33' of the drug solution bottle 33 as shown in FIG. Next, the cap member 14 or the cylinder main body 10 is rotated in a certain direction to largely open the valve body 18 from the mouth end of the drip tube 13 as shown in the second figure (this opening should be done before connecting the bottle needle 17 to the medicine bottle). ). As a result, the medicinal liquid in the medicinal liquid bottle 33 flows down along the vertical groove 18b provided on the circumferential surface of the shaft portion 18a of the valve body 18, enters the drip tube 13 from above the weir plate 12, and is dripped into the cylinder main body 10. Ru. The dropped chemical solution fills a liquid guiding tube connected to the bottom of the cylinder main body 10 and is then stored in the cylinder main body. After completing such preparatory work, the tip of the intravenous needle 32 is placed below the medicinal liquid bottle, the medicinal liquid is guided to the needle end, a part of it is squirted out to eliminate air, and the medicinal liquid is injected into a blood vessel of the human body.

As described above, the drip tube according to this invention has a tube main body with an open top surface and a connecting protrusion for a liquid guide tube at the bottom, and a tube body that is sealed on the top surface and has a drip tube in the center. a weir plate having a mouth end and a water collecting portion provided at the peripheral edge of the mouth end, and a weir plate fitted to the upper outer periphery of the cylinder main body so as to be able to screw in the vertical direction, A cylindrical projecting pipe is provided, a bottle needle extends from the outer end of the projecting pipe, and an inverted conical valve body is fitted and fixed to the inner end of the projecting pipe via a shaft portion having a vertical groove on the circumferential surface. Since the valve body is characterized by being equipped with a cap member, the amount of upward movement of the valve body is increased until the required amount of medicinal solution is accumulated in the cylinder main body, and the opening is opened wide to allow a large amount of medicinal solution to pass through in a short period of time. Preparation time can be shortened.

The weir plate, which has a water collection section around the mouth end, is not easily deformed due to its strength, so the initial number of drips determined by the gap formed between the mouth end and the valve body cannot be maintained accurately until the end. It has various excellent effects such as dripping and no accumulation of chemical liquid on the weir plate due to the action of the water collecting section.
