Abstract

PURPOSE:To correctly fold a packing sheet and securely inspect the packed contents, by making an opaque and dense-rugged face on at least one inner face and a part with an appropriate width adjacent to an opening at the other inner face when making packs and further by making a rugged face with wider pitches on the rest part of the other inner face. CONSTITUTION:A packing material 1 is a laminated one of one face of a cellophane base sheet 2 with a polyethylene resin layer 3 which has an opaque and dense-rugged face 15 at an appropriate pitch or preferably an internal 10 from one face to a part of the other face beyond the middle bend when folded longitudinally for bagging and at a part 11 with an appropriate width along the edge of the other face and further has a wider pitch-rugged face 16 with a faint darkness on the rest part 12 of the other face. The surface of a cooling roll is formed by a sattin finished face at a required interval when polyethylene resin is laminated with cellophane 2 in order to form such rugged faces 15, 16.

BACKGROUND ART: When dispensing and packaging drugs in hospital pharmacies, etc., a method is currently widely used in which the drugs are continuously packaged in the required amount using a packaging machine. If such a packaging method is adopted, packaging work for dispensing and the like can be processed with high efficiency, and dispensing packaging at pharmacies can be streamlined. However, while this rationalization is promoted, it is necessary to check whether the packaged product is in accordance with the prescription, and it is difficult to do this with conventional opaque wrapping paper. Therefore, wrapping paper that allows the interior to be seen through has recently been developed in the prior art (Japanese Utility Model Publications No. 14197-1983, Publication of Utility Model Publication No. 14197-1988,
No. 6689).

Problem to be solved: When these known packaging materials have a transparent surface, when folded in half, one inner surface has a matte finish on the laminated surface to make it opaque, and the other inner surface has a laminated surface. Since the surface is mirror-finished and has a transparent structure, it can achieve the purpose of making it easier to audit pharmaceutical drugs after packaging. When core-wound parts and mirror-finished parts are core-wound, there is a difference in the thickness of the image part (in the thickness of the resin layer laminated to the base film, the matte-finished part is the mirror-finished part) (9 to 12% thicker), which naturally makes it difficult to wind uniformly during the manufacturing process, making it easy to collapse when wound, and furthermore, if stored for a long time after winding, the thin parts will become thicker. Not only does the slack cause wrinkles and other curls, but when this core-wound paper is fed out, folded in half, and made into bags, the curled areas, especially the mirror-finished areas, become blocked. This phenomenon often causes unbalanced tension during unwinding, resulting in meandering, making it difficult to properly fold in half and form bags, which is difficult to handle.

Means for Solving the Problems: The present invention solves these problems so that there is no unreasonableness in manufacturing and handling up to bag making, and moreover, the present invention solves the above problems and makes it possible to easily handle the bag-making and bag-making preparations after packaging the medicine. Our goal is to provide packaging materials for pharmaceutical packaging that have functions that can be used to prevent problems during audits.

That is, the present invention can be used to package drugs,
In a packaging material in which a polyethylene resin layer is laminated on the inner surface of a transparent film such as cellophane that is folded in half along the longitudinal direction, at least one inner surface and an appropriate width adjacent to the opening on the other inner surface during bag making are used. This is a packaging material in which one part has an opaque, high-density rough surface, and the other inner surface has a rough surface with a coarse density.

Examples: The packaging material of the present invention will be explained below using examples.
What is shown in FIG. 1 is a part of the packaging material 1 in the unfolded state, in which a polyethylene resin layer 3 is laminated on one side of the cellophane base paper 2 (see FIG. 2). The resin layer 3 has an appropriate width, preferably a section 10 extending from one surface to a portion of the other surface beyond the folded portion when the bag is made by being folded in half in the longitudinal direction, and a section 10 having an appropriate width. Appropriately narrow portions 11 along the side edges of the surface are rough surfaces 1 that have dense unevenness and are in a devitrified state.
5, and the remaining portion 12 of the other surface is a rough surface 16 with a coarse unevenness density and a faint shading.

To form such a rough surface 15, 16, when laminating polyethylene resin onto the cellophane 2, the surface of the cooling roll is made into a satin finish in the required distribution, and the parts of the matte finish where the density of irregularities is large are Resin layer 3 during lamination
The rough surface 15 is made into a devitrified state, the density of the unevenness of the satin surface is made relatively small, and the upper surface is moderately polished so that the slightly polished portions of the tops of the convex portions exhibit a light shading. Using a material having a rough surface 16, the resin layer 3 on the two cellophane surfaces is pressed closely together and cooled, thereby finishing the resin layer 3 so that the light transmittance varies.

When the packaging material of the present invention configured in this way is laminated and then cut and wound around a core, as shown in FIG. The rough surface 16 exhibiting a light shade with a small unevenness density is formed to the extent that there is almost no difference in thickness, so that winding can be done almost evenly, and when the core is wound. Even if the amount of wrapping of the packaging material 1 becomes large, there is no slack in any part, and therefore, even if the wrapped material is stored for a long period of time, curling will not occur. Furthermore, when the core-wound product is used in a packaging machine, or when it is folded in half and made into bags for continuous packaging, the unwinding tension acts evenly over the entire width, making sure that the conditions are the same especially at both ends. Therefore, when folding the bag in half, the folding guide section of the machine correctly guides the bag, and there is no meandering, and the bag can be folded in half correctly to form a packaging bag. After the bag is made, the inner surface is formed with a rough surface, so of course there is no blocking phenomenon, and the inner surface of both longitudinal ends is rough, so the opening can be opened easily. Moreover, because one side is formed with a rough surface that exhibits a slight shading, the contents can be clearly seen when inspecting the prepared medicine after packaging, and light from the outside is moderately diffusely reflected, making it easier for inspectors to inspect. It has the advantage of not irritating the eyes.

Effects of the Invention: As described above, the present invention solves various problems in conventional drug packaging materials by making the entire surface of the laminated polyethylene resin layer of the packaging material curly and rough, and by improving the roughness. The solution is to divide the density of the bag into light and dark areas, and to ensure that both inner surfaces of the opening of the packaging bag have equal conditions with rough surfaces of high roughness and density. In addition, it is possible to reliably inspect the contents after packaging. As a result, no particularly complicated processing was required to manufacture the product, and it was possible to create a practically useful packaging material that could be provided at a low price.
