As a flooring base material to be laid on a floor surface such as a concrete slab instead of a joist, for example, a groove with a square cross section is provided in a plate-shaped sheet of synthetic resin foam, and nails are driven into this groove. A structure in which a crosspiece with good properties is fitted flush with the top surface of a plate-shaped body is known. When fixing the fitting, adhesive is applied to the bottom surface of the crosspiece in advance and the groove portion is fixed. We are bonding with. However, the adhesive used is usually an emulsion adhesive, and since this emulsion adhesive requires a considerable amount of time to develop its adhesive strength, it is difficult to remove the adhesive from the top of the crosspiece after it has been fitted. Foam (plate-shaped body) is formed by applying pressure or by forming the groove width smaller than the width of the crosspiece and forcing the crosspiece into it.
Methods such as relying on the tightening stress of the beams are used to secure the beams.

In the case of the flooring base material with the above-mentioned structure, if there are variations in the dimensional accuracy of the groove width of the plate and the width of the crosspiece, the tightening stress may not function sufficiently and uneven adhesion may occur, or the product may warp due to over-tightening. There is a problem that this directly leads to product loss. Also, from an economical point of view, it is difficult to manufacture a thin base material in which the thickness of the plate is less than twice that of the crosspiece. If you try to do so, not only will the clamping stress on the crosspiece become weaker, but it will also become more likely to warp, increasing the defective rate of the product. To prevent this, it becomes necessary to store the product under pressure, which inevitably increases costs. Also, if a large amount of emulsion adhesive is used, it will take about 30 to 30 minutes before the adhesive strength is fully achieved. -35°C), the drying period is about 1-2 weeks, and in winter (0-35°C), the drying period is about 1-2 weeks.
5°C), a drying period of about 3 to 5 weeks is required, making storage and management extremely troublesome, and especially in the case of thermal curing in winter, it is extremely disadvantageous in terms of energy costs. Become.

This invention was made to solve the above-mentioned problem, and the crosspiece having flanges projecting on both sides is inserted into the groove of a plate-like body, and the crosspiece is fitted and fixed by the flanges. It is intended to provide a flooring base material that is stable in condition, has sufficient fixing strength for crosspieces without using any adhesive, and does not warp. The purpose is to provide flanges projecting on both sides of the crosspiece, and to provide fitting grooves on both sides of the groove of the plate-shaped body corresponding to the flanges and having a groove width that is the same as or smaller than the wall thickness of the flanges. This is achieved by a flooring base material in which the flange is fitted into the fitting groove.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It consists of a plate-like body 1 and a crosspiece 2 fitted into the upper surface 1a side of the plate-like body 1. A groove 3 opened toward the crosspiece 1a is provided, and fitting grooves 4 are provided laterally on both sides of the groove 3 for fitting the flanges 5 protruding from both sides of the crosspiece 2. Push in to form the base material. The plate-like body 1 is a synthetic resin foam molded from polystyrene beads or the like, and the crosspiece 2 is made of wood or a low-foaming synthetic resin material (for example, low-foaming polystyrene). In the above configuration, the width W 1 of the groove 3 of the plate member 1 and the width W 2 of the crosspiece 2 are set so that W 1 ≧W 2 to avoid tightening that would cause warping, and the width of the fitting groove 4 is
t 1 and the flange thickness t 2 of the crosspiece 2 should be t 1 ≦t 2 , and the crosspiece 2
If it is made to generate resistance when it is pushed into the groove 3, the clamping stress (compressive stress) due to the material of the plate-shaped body 1 will act on the flange part 5, and the fixed state of the crosspiece 2 will be strong. can be determined. It is also possible to supplementally apply adhesive to at least one of the lower surfaces of the crosspiece 2 and the ends of the flange 5 to provide reinforcement in case of rough cargo handling or harsh applications. can. In this case, the adhesive does not necessarily need to be applied to the entire surface of the crosspiece, and the end portion close to the outside air is sufficient, so no special tightening operation is required, and a short period of natural drying is sufficient. In addition, the crosspiece 2 used for this base material may have a flange 5 protruding from the central part of the side surface of the crosspiece 2, or protruding slightly in some direction upward or downward, in addition to the illustrated embodiment. It is also possible to make changes such as In the figure, 6 is a groove for a piping passage provided on the lower surface of the plate-shaped body 1, 7 is a ventilation groove, and 8 is a matching recess.

As described above, the present invention eliminates the risk of warping that tends to occur with conventional base materials, and by providing a flange on the crosspiece, there is no need to worry about variations in dimensional accuracy in the mating part. Even without using adhesives, the fixing strength of the crosspiece is stable and loosening is prevented, which not only greatly reduces manufacturing time, but also reduces product loss and allows for thin and thick materials. In either case, a flooring base material of excellent quality can be provided economically, and its practical value is extremely large.
