図は従来のコーン形振動板とボイスコイルボビン
との結合状態を示す垂直断面図、第４図は従来の
コーン形スピーカーユニツトの垂直断面図である
。 なお図中７ａはコーン形振動板部、７ｂはボイ
スコイルボビン部、１３は金型、１４はプラズマ
溶射機である。

- 所定形状の金型へのＢ４Ｃ、Ａｌ２Ｏ３あるい
はＳｉＣ等のプラズマ溶射により、その表面にボ
イスコイルボビン部とコーン形振動板部とを一連
に被着形成させてこれを離型させて成るボイスコ
イルボビン付きコーン形振動板。
