In a conventional compaction vehicle, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, the driver's seat 2 of the vehicle is attached to the upper surface of a box part 5 that accommodates fuel, water, batteries, etc., and is installed at the rear of the vehicle body 4 above the rear wheels 3. Because
The operator 14 is forced to operate at a very high position on the vehicle body 4. This is thought to be because the arrangement of equipment such as the engine, pump, motor, fuel, and water tank was prioritized over operator safety, ride comfort, and workability due to the vehicle body structure.

As mentioned above, when the driver's seat is high, it seems at first glance that the driver's seat is superior in terms of visibility, safety, ride comfort, and workability, but in reality, it has the following drawbacks.

A: When paving mountain roads in mountainous areas, one side of the road often has a steep slope such as a valley, and the road itself has steep vertical and horizontal slopes, making it difficult to work with the vehicle body 4 tilted significantly. many. For this reason, if the driver's seat is high, it gives the operator a sense of fear. The same applies when loading a compaction vehicle onto a truck for transport.

F When rolling on the side, the front wheel 9 protrudes from the side of the vehicle body.
The bracket 22 supporting the driver's seat obstructs the driver's view, but the higher the driver's seat is, the more the driver's seat is higher and the visibility is poorer, so there is a greater risk of damaging the U-shaped groove 23 (see Figure 5), the curb, etc.

I If the driver's seat is high and the driver's eyes are high, the timing to apply the brakes tends to be delayed. This can be understood from the example where when comparing a truck and a passenger car, the truck with a higher eye position tends to be slower.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the rolling stock vehicle of the present invention, the seat of the driver's seat is located in the front half of the rear of the vehicle above the rear wheels, lower than the highest part of the top surface of the box provided at the rear of the vehicle. So,
The center of gravity of the driver's seat and vehicle is lowered. Further, the upper part of the front side of the vehicle body of a bracket that is protruded from both sides of the front part of the vehicle body above the front wheel and supports the front wheel is provided obliquely upward, and the front surface of the vehicle body is retracted at least to the vicinity of the apex of the upwardly inclined portion of the bracket. By letting
The forward visibility of the vehicle is improved. Furthermore, by slanting the lower part of the rear end of the bracket downward, visibility to the front wheel side becomes even better.

1, 2, and 3 show a side view, a front view, and a rear view of a compaction vehicle according to the present invention, and 1 is a seat portion of a driver's seat 2. FIG. This seat part 1 is installed at the bottom of the center of the front half of a box part 5 that accommodates fuel, water, batteries, etc., and is installed at the rear of the vehicle body 4 above the rear wheels 3. Therefore, the box portion 5 has a U-shape when viewed from above. The positional relationship between the box part 5 and the seat part 1 may be such that, for example, the seat part is placed in the center of the rear part of the car body and the box part is placed on both sides of the seat part, or the seat part is placed in the front half part of the rear part of the car body, and the box part is placed in the rear part of the car body part. You may also do so. Furthermore, if the height of the top surface of the box section is not uniform, the seat section should be installed at least lower than the highest point of the top surface of the box section. This lowers the driver's seat and lowers the vehicle's center of gravity.

The upper half 12 of the bracket 10, which is attached to both sides of the front part of the vehicle body 4 and supports the front wheel 9, is located on the outside of the side edge 11 of the front wheel 9, and is located outside the side edge 11 of the front wheel 9.

In this embodiment, since the seat part 1 is installed at the bottom of the first half of the box part 5 installed at the rear of the vehicle body 4 above the rear wheels 3, the driver's seat 2 is lowered and when the operator 14 is seated. The eye-level position of the vehicle is slightly higher than the eye-level position when the passenger gets off the vehicle, and is much lower than that of the conventional vehicle shown in FIG. Therefore, it is possible to communicate with the people working around the vehicle and drive safely, the shaking is reduced, and it is also easier to escape from the vehicle and evacuate. Furthermore, since the paved surface can be clearly seen, compaction work can be carried out while accurately grasping the paved surface finish condition. In addition, the front visibility deteriorates due to the driver's seat 2 being pushed back, which can be improved by moving the front of the vehicle back significantly, and furthermore, by making the top of the front of the vehicle a slope, the forward visibility becomes even better. . Also, the visibility on both sides of the front wheel 9 is through the bracket 1.
Side rolling is facilitated by arranging the lower part of the rear end of the 0 obliquely so that it spreads out as much as possible in line with the line of sight of the operator 14.

As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, the seat of the driver's seat is installed in the front half of the rear part of the vehicle body above the rear wheels, adjacent to the box provided at the rear of the vehicle body, and lower than the highest part of the top surface of the box part. As a result, the following effects can be obtained.

Therefore, in the present invention, the upper part of the front side of the vehicle body of the bracket, which is attached to both sides of the front part of the vehicle body above the front wheel and supports the front wheel, is provided obliquely upward, and the front surface of the vehicle body is provided at least at the apex of the diagonally installed part of the bracket. Because it is moved back to the vicinity, forward visibility is good, eliminating the deterioration of visibility caused by lowering the driver's seat. Also, if the side visibility is poor, you will lean over your body, which will increase your sense of fear on mountain trails, and if you fall, it will be difficult to escape and evacuate. However, by slanting the lower part of the rear end of the bracket downwards, visibility on both sides will improve. Therefore, side rolling is easy and accidents such as falls are reduced.
