の電源電圧に変換するコンバータと、 前記コンバータで変換された第２の電源電圧で
動作する第２の集積回路と、 前記第１の集積回路と第２の集積回路の間でレ
ベル変換を行つて信号の授受を行う信号レベルコ
ンバータとを設けたことを特徴とする低消費電流
