Claims (1)
- 周縁部が上下ケーシング１，２で挾持固定され
たダイアフラム５の中央にロツド８を連結して、
該ロツド８の下端部を前記下ケーシング２の開口
部２ａを貫通して外方に延出し、前記上下ケーシ
ング１，２内に空気圧を適用することで前記ロツ
ド８を移動するようにしたアクチユエータであつ
て、前記下ケーシング２の開口部２ａに、弾性材
から形成されるとともに、前記ロツド８を支持す
る軸受け１０と、前記ロツド８の外周面に当接す
るリツプ１１とを有する振れ吸収部材１２を配設
したことを特徴とするアクチユエータ。
