Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
[産業上の利用分野]
本考案は、陽極箔と陰極箔とをセパレータを介
して巻回し、押圧することによつて偏平形とした
コンデンサ素子、または当初より偏平形に巻回し
たコンデンサ素子を封口体と共に偏平形のケース
内に組込んだ偏平形電解コンデンサに関するもの

ている。偏平形のケース3は一方を開口とした有
底筒状体であつて、アルミニウム材などからな
る。このような偏平形のケース3内に、コンデン
サ素子2は所要の電解液を含浸された後にゴム材
からなる封口体4と共に組込まれる。ケース3の
封口体部分は環状の絞り加工31部が施され、必
要に応じてケース3の開口端はカール加工32部
が施される。なお、ケース3の平坦な側面には開
口部から底部にわたつて凹面33が形成される。
この凹面33はコンデンサ素子2の膨潤の抑制お
よびコンデンサ素子2の固定化を目的としたもの
である。この凹面33内に形成された一条の溝は
防爆溝34であるが、この防爆溝34はケース3
の底面35に形成されることもある。コンデンサ
素子2からのリード線21,22は封口体4に形
成された透孔41,42を介して外部に導出され

Aに対して短手(短軸)方向B−Bの封口強度が
弱いものである。例えば、ケース3の絞り加工部
31の弾性変形に伴うバツクラツシユ、コンデン
サ素子2の膨潤あるいはケース3内における内部
圧力の上昇などによりケース3の内壁面と封口体
4との間に僅かな隙間が生じ、内部の電解液が同
隙間を介して外部に漏出してしまうものである。
このために、電解コンデンサの長寿命化が困難な

を含有した偏平形のコンデンサ素子2を封口体4
と共に組込んだ構造であつて、ケース3の開口部
には外部より同開口部を圧着・挟持するための封
