[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention provides a method of filling a water passing body in place of a damaged water sprinkling nozzle without replacing it with a new water nozzle, and using this water passing body as a water sprinkling nozzle. As an alternative to this, we have developed an efficient sprinkler-type snow-melting road that melts snow on and around the water body using the water that seeps out onto the top surface of the water body, and prevents water from leaking onto clothes and wasting water. This is related to the method for repairing the sprinkler section.

The conventional method for melting snow on roads and parking lots is to bury snow-melting water nozzles in the ground at the center or both ends of the road or parking lot, and spray water from these nozzles to melt snow on roads or parking lots. However, this water nozzle is buried in the running area of the car to ensure effective snow removal, so if the car passes over the top of the water nozzle and it is used for a long period of time, it may cause friction, damage, or clogging that may cause poor watering. In some cases, the water spray nozzle must be replaced with a new one.

Furthermore, since the spouting arches are large, water can splash on pedestrians' clothes or get into their shoes, and water is wasted due to the large amount of water being sprayed. If groundwater is used, this wasteful large amount of water is This causes subsidence, which is a problem.[Problem to be solved by the invention] The present invention does not involve replacing the water spray nozzle with a new one, but by simply filling the empty space from which the water spray nozzle has been removed with a water passing body. To provide a method for repairing a sprinkler section of a sprinkler-type snow-blowing road, which completes repairs and also uses a new spring water type sprinkler section to efficiently melt snow by preventing wasteful use of water and water splashing on clothes. is a technical issue.

A hole is drilled around the sprinkler nozzle 1 buried in a sprinkler-type snow removal road, and the sprinkler nozzle 1 is removed from the water pipe 2, and water can penetrate into the void formed after removing the sprinkler nozzle 1. A water sprinkler type characterized in that a water passing body 3 is packed substantially flat with the road surface, and a liquid such as river water, ground water, hot water, etc. introduced from the introduction pipe 2 is provided into the water passing body 3. This law relates to a method for repairing sprinklers on snow-clearing roads.

Incidentally, it may be formed by filling the empty space with material on site. Formation at a desired location can be carried out continuously by using a hardening agent such as a two-component resin. When laying, you can mix the aggregate with the resin used for hardening on site and level it by inputting it.
It can also be done by a machine such as a finisher used for paving.

The water flow block shown in the drawing is formed by mixing sand or fine-grained stone with cement, mixing it with a foaming agent, and molding it so that microscopic voids are created and shaped like a confectionery. When molding, gas is constantly forced into the mold to permeate it, creating microscopic voids.
It may also be formed into a confectionery-like shape.

In addition, the aggregate used for forming is preferably one that is as round as possible, such as spherical iron slag, in order to secure as much space between aggregates as possible and improve water flow, and for bonding, use cheap cement or hardened A two-component resin with a quick release rate is better.

When river water or groundwater is supplied into the water flow block, it may be supplied from the upper part of the water pipe 2 after removing the water nozzle 1 as shown in Fig. 2, or it may be supplied from the upper part of the water conduit 2 after removing the water nozzle 1 as shown in Fig. 3. The upper part of the water conduit 2 may be closed and a water supply hole 4 may be provided around the circumference, and the water may be supplied from the water supply hole 4.

In the present invention, a hole is excavated around the sprinkler nozzle 1 buried in a sprinkler-type snow removal road as described above, and the sprinkler nozzle 1 is removed from the water conveyance pipe 2. A water passing body 3 through which water can permeate is filled in the space approximately flush with the road surface, and the water passing body 3 is provided so that liquid such as river water introduced from the water conduit pipe 2 is supplied to the water conduit 2. When river water is supplied into the water passage body 3, the river water oozes out onto the surface of the water passage body 3 due to the water permeability of the water passage body 3, creating a state similar to that of getting wet with rain. In this state, the snow gradually melts from the underside of the snow. This means that snow can be melted very efficiently without getting clothes wet with water sprayed by a sprinkler nozzle or wasting precious ground water by sprinkling a large amount of water as in the past.

Moreover, the water passing body 3 does not spray water from the nozzle hole like a conventional water sprinkling nozzle, but water oozes out to the surface due to the water permeability of the water passing body 3 itself, so there is no corresponding nozzle hole, so it is said to be clogged. This phenomenon does not occur at all, and even if the surface is scraped by the driving of cars, only the scratched areas need to be repaired, such as on asphalt pavement or concrete pavement, which is compared to the work of replacing conventional water spray nozzles. This is a method for repairing the sprinkler section of a snow-blowing road that exhibits excellent features such as being extremely easy and efficient to perform.
