Claims (1)
- 円筒状をしたガラスケースと、ダイオードペレ
ツトを搭載して該ガラスケースの一端側に挿入さ
れるスラグリードと、該ガラスケースの他端側に
挿入されて前記ダイオードペレツトに接触される
探針リードとを備えるガラス封止ダイオードにお
いて、前記スラグリードはダイオードペレツトの
搭載部をガラスケースの内径に略等しい径寸法と
し、この搭載部の周面をガラスケースに直接融着
したことを特徴とするガラス封止ダイオード。
