【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案はボイラの水ドラム附近の灰、ダストの
除去排出を容易にするとともに熱交換効率を向上

中央部に伝熱管33を列状に衝合させた仕切壁3

状の煙道35の一方の燃焼側煙道35aの端部に
バーナ36を設け、他方の対流側煙道35bの端
部に廃ガスの排出口37を設けている。またボイ
ラ30の側壁43a,43b,43cには適宜間
隔をおいてスートブロワー38a,38b,38
cを配置し、燃焼側煙道35aの炉床には底部に
ダスト搬出用のドラツグチエーンコンベヤ40を
備えたシユート39を設け、また対流側煙道35
bの炉床には水ドラム31を挾むようにして2条
のシユート41a,41bを設け、その底部にそ
れぞれスクリユーコンベヤ42a,42bを取付
けている。このようにしてバーナ36から噴射さ
れた微粉炭などの燃料は燃焼側煙道35aで燃焼
し、その燃焼ガスは対流側煙道35bの伝熱管3
3内の水を加熱し、その廃ガスは排出口37より
外部に排出される。またボイラ30の運転中には
一定時間毎にボイラ30内にスートブロワー38
a,38b,38cを挿入し、高圧空気又は蒸気
などの流体を噴射して側壁43a,43b,43
cや伝熱管33に付着した灰、ダストを吹落し、
燃焼側煙道35aの灰、ダストはシユート39に
落下させてドラツグチエーンコンベヤ40で外部
に排出され、また対流側煙道35bの灰、ダスト
は2条のシユート41a,41bにそれぞれ落下
させてスクリユーコンベヤ42a,42bで外部
に排出される。

る。この燃焼側煙道2の端部は複数個のバーナ8
が設けられ、炉床には底部にドラツグチエーンコ
ンベヤ10を備えたシユート9が設けられてお
り、また燃焼側煙道3の端部に燃焼ガスの排出口
13が設けられ、この煙道3の下部には前記水ド
ラム4の他の片側の周面4bに沿つて底部にスク
リユーコンベヤ12を備えたシユート11が設け
られている。更にボイラ側壁6a,6b,6cの
ほぼ中央付近の高さに適宜間隔をおいてスートブ
ロワー14a,14b,14cが配置され、また
側壁6cには複数の掃除用ノズル15が水平に列
設されている。この掃除用ノズル15は、側壁6
cの外側に水平に配設されたヘツダ16より分岐
して側壁6cを貫通し、ノズル15先端は水ドラ
ム4の上面に沿つて水ドラム4の長手方向と直角
の方向に向けられており、対流側煙道3内に配設
された伝熱管7の間に高圧空気又は蒸気などの噴
射流体を噴射するようになつている。また前記ヘ
ツダ16には途中にON−OFF弁18を設けた噴
射流体の送給管17が接続されている。

にシユート11内に落下するが、大部分は水ドラ
ム4上に堆積し、この堆積した灰、ダストは、掃
除用ノズル15から噴射される高圧空気又は蒸気
によりシユート11側に吹き飛ばされ、シユート
11内を落下してスクリユーコンベヤ12にて外
部に排出される。

でき、小型ボイラに対しての適用も容易となる。
更に加熱側煙道の側壁に水ドラムの上面に沿い掃
除用ノズルを設けているので、水ドラム上に堆積
した灰、ダストを容易に除去することができ、熱
交換が阻外されることなく、ボイラの熱交換効率
が向上する。
