Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 本縫いミシンに於いて、円形運動するカツプ
型の糸輪取器であり糸捕捉剣先が形成された周囲
リムと軸線とを有する糸輪取器と、糸輪取器内に
支持される非回転ボビンケースと、ボビンケース
内部に収容される回転自在のボビンと、縦方向往
復運動を行い得る針であり針糸の輪を糸捕捉剣先
に捕捉の為に与える為の位置に移動可能な針と、
ボビンケースにより担持される糸調子装置であり
ボビンケース上の肩と共に該装置の為の糸の入る
溝孔を形成する腕を備える糸調子装置と、針糸の
捕捉された輪の一つの足を該溝孔内に且つそれか
ら糸調子装置内に案内する指片と、糸捕捉溝であ
りボビンの頂部フランジの外周から頂部フランジ
とボビンの底部フランジとの間に延びるハブまで
延びる糸捕捉溝と、ボビンを回転させ糸調子装置
を貫通しボビン上へ延びる糸を糸捕捉溝を伴うボ
ビンに捕捉させ且つ巻き取らせる装置とを有し、
該溝孔はボビンを収容するボビンケース内部と通
常の本縫い動作中に針糸が滑り通過するボビンケ
ース外周部とを連通させ、該指片は糸係合縁を有
し、糸係合縁は溝孔に近接して指片の先端部分に
円形に湾曲する部分を有し又該湾曲部分に接して
直線に延びる導入部分を有し、導入部分は糸を湾
曲部分内に導入し、糸輪取器の軸線から指片の先
端まで延びる半径に対して直角な線を剣先に保持
される糸が横切るまで湾曲部分が糸を保持する、

1. The slot communicates the inside of the bobbin case that houses the bobbin with the outer periphery of the bobbin case through which the needle thread slides during normal lockstitch operation, and the finger piece has a thread-engaging edge. has a circularly curved portion at the tip of the finger proximate to the slot, and has an introduction portion extending straight in contact with the curved portion, the introduction portion introduces the thread into the curved portion, and the thread is inserted into the curved portion. The curved portion holds the thread until the thread held at the tip crosses a line perpendicular to the radius extending from the axis of the threader to the tip of the finger piece;
