Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 導電性のフレーム内に焦電材料でできた半
導体チツプが配置され、この半導体チツプの上方
に受光窓板が設けられている焦電検出器において
、 前記受光窓板の上部を導電性のメツシユで覆う
とともに、該メツシユを前記フレームに電気的に
接続したことを特徴とする焦電検出器。 (2) レーザ発生装置からのレーザ光の一部を反
射するビームスプリツタを備えるとともに、この
ビームスプリツタで反射されたレーザ光の受光量
に応じた検出信号を出力するパワーモニタ装置に
おいて、 請求項１記載の焦電検出器を前記ビームスプリ
ツタの反射光路上に配置するとともに、この焦電
検出器の前記半導体チツプの受光軸を前記ビーム
スプリツタにより反射されたレーザ光のビーム径
よりも大きく設定したことを特徴とするパワーモ
ニタ装置。
