となしたものである。That is, a rectangular bottom plate formed of a waterproof sheet and forming a bottom surface is provided with side wall forming portions in series on all sides (left, right, top and bottom), and the side wall forming portions are integrally formed between adjacent side wall forming portions. a box-shaped container with a bottom is formed by bending the intermediate connecting portions that are connected in series inward from the center, and a fold is provided in the center of the bottom plate, and a side wall is formed by extending the fold of the bottom plate. A continuous fold is also provided in the section, and the sheet is placed 71! on either the side wall forming section or the bottom plate where the fold is provided, from the four corners of the bottom plate corner toward the appropriate position of the central fold. It is a leak-proof folding box with folds that form a chevron shape when opened.

FIG. 3 is a plan view of the seat in an unfolded state, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the seat in a folded state.
, Formed into a rectangular shape as shown in the tpJ3 diagram using sheet material 1 made of waterproof paper of about 3 mm to 1.5 mm, or tl (oil sheet) or corrugated synthetic resin sheet of about 2 mm to 5 mm. Left and right side wall forming portions 3.3 and upper and lower side wall forming portions 4.4 are consecutively provided on the left and right sides of the rectangular bottom plate 2 as shown, which forms a bottom surface. Folds 6.6, . . . are formed in order to allow the connecting portions 5.5, . and the bottom plate 2
A fold 7 is provided at the center of the bottom plate 2, and the left and right gA walls 3.3 are extensions of the fold 7 of the bottom plate 2. It is also possible to create a crease in the direction of the upper and lower Ia walls.
Furthermore, a fold is formed on the bottom plate 2 from the corner 2A of the bottom plate toward the appropriate position of the fold 7, and also on an extension of the fold 6, so that the sheet 1 forms a mountain shape when unfolded. This is a leak-proof folding box with folds 9.9.

The reference numerals are attached and the explanation is omitted, and only the different parts will be explained.A reinforcing member, a lid, and a handle are formed on the outer periphery of the seat shown in the first embodiment. In FIG. 9, a cover plate 19 is provided on the outside of the left and right sides 5!3, tongue pieces 20 are provided on the top and bottom of the cover plate 19, and a tongue piece 18 is also provided on the connecting portion 5 through the notch A. Handle plates 14 are formed on the upper and lower sides of the upper and lower I walls 4, and engagement plates 15 are cut and raised in the handle plates 14, and each engagement plate has small tongue pieces 16 and 17 that are attached to each other. It is cut and raised at the engaging position, and is folded as shown in FIG. 10, and the connecting portion 5 is pushed inward at the fold 6 to make the upper and lower side walls 4 and left and right III walls 3 upright, and the tongue piece 18 is folded as shown in FIG. 11. It is inserted by bending between the upper and lower side walls 4 and the connecting part 5 as shown by the arrows, and is fixed with a Stella pull 11 or the like as necessary. In this state, it is possible to store items inside, and it can be folded into a flat shape. For transportation or storage, the lid plate 19, handle plate 14 and engagement plate 15 are lowered to form folds 8 and 9 as shown in Fig. 11, and can be folded into a flat shape for compact storage. When using items stored inside, enlarge the opening and store appropriate items inside.
As shown in the figure, close the lid 19 and insert the tongue piece 20 between the upper and lower side walls 4 and the connecting part 5 (see FIG. 11), then fold the engagement plate 15 and insert the small tongue piece 16 into the hole of the small tongue piece 17. The handle plate 14 is bent and fixed with a Stella pull 11 or the like, so that it can be hung by hand as shown in FIG. 13.

Therefore, in the third embodiment, the folds 9 are formed in the side wall 3 as in the second embodiment, and therefore the lid plate 19 also has folds @21.
It can be folded and assembled as shown in Figures 17 to 19, fixed to the Stella pull 11 with 4 if necessary, and in this state it can be made into a state where items can be stored inside. To fold it for transportation or storage, lower the lid plate 19, handle plate 14 and engagement plate 15, and align the fold 8 as shown in Fig. 21.
and fold 9, it can be folded into a flat shape for compact storage, etc., and when used with items stored inside, the opening is expanded and appropriate items are stored inside. As shown in FIG. 20, close the lid 19 and insert the tongue piece 20 between the upper and lower side walls 4 and the connecting part 5 (see FIG. 11), then fold the engagement plate 15 and insert the small tongue piece 16 into the small tongue piece 1.

Arranged in parallel as shown in Figure 4 or in a cylindrical shape as shown in Figure 25,
The sheet 1 is made of a sheet with increased strength and reduced weight, and when such a sheet 1 is appropriately cut and used, an air layer of the sheet opens at the outer periphery of the cut sheet 1. If water gets into the sheet, it will rot or stain the sheet, making it unhygienic and unsuitable for transporting food. fs (as indicated by the dots in Figure 22) is thermally welded to close the opening of the air layer to prevent water from entering.

A connecting part connected between adjacent side walls of the forming part is bent inward to form a box-shaped container with a bottom, and a fold is provided in the center of the bottom plate, and the fold of the bottom plate is bent inward. A fold is also provided on the extended side wall, and a fold is provided on the gA wall or the bottom plate where the fold is provided, from the corner of the bottom plate toward the appropriate location of the fold, so as to form a chevron when the sheet material is unfolded. Since it is a leak-free folding box, there is no water leakage from the bottom, and the side walls and bottom plate are connected, so it is strong, easy to assemble, and there are fewer sheets to waste during molding. It is economical and
Since it can be folded flat while still assembled into a box as a container, all you need to do is widen the opening before use, making it convenient to use as a storage container for items that may leak water or items that require strength. .
