の板に幅端部の紙を当てることにより折り込みを実施す
るものであり、(1)紙押さえ、紙巻き、紙折りの各装
置が製品の幅、厚み、長さの変化に応じて迅速に対応で
きる。 (2)製品に対して、紙はタイトに巻き付け、
端部紙折りが行われる為金属製品の錆発生原因となる水
、湿気等の侵入が少い。(3)大型重量物の製品を昇降
させることがなく、昇降装置が不要で装置がシンプルに
なる、等の効果がある。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims]  紙コイルより切り出した包装紙上に直方体状に積層さ
れた切板を載せ、該包装紙を該積層切板に巻き付け、該
切板側端からのはみ出た包装紙の耳部を折り込むように
した切板の紙包装装置に於いて、紙コイルより紙を巻き
戻すピンチロールと、紙の先端を吸着しライン方向に走
行し巻き戻された紙を、ライン上包装位置に供給する装
置と、紙を所定の長さに切断するカッターと、ライン上
に供給され敷かれた紙上に移載機にて載せられた製品の
後端側で、紙を切板の端面に押し当てながら切板厚み方
向に持ち上げる後端紙押さえ装置と、持ち上げた紙を切
板上面に押し当てながら切板前端側に供給する後端紙巻
き装置と、切板の前端側で端面に押し当てながら厚み方
向に持ち上げ、引き続き持ち上げた紙を切板上面に押し
当て切板後端側に供給する前端紙押さえ紙巻き装置と、
後端側と前端側から折り込み巻き付けた紙を接着させる
糊付装置と、切板の長さ方向に巻き付けた紙の後端側面
耳部を後端側から前端側に向かって折り込む後端耳折り
装置と、引き続き切板をローラテーブルにより搬送しな
がら紙の前端側面耳部を前端側から後端側に向かって折
り込む前端耳折り装置と、上端側の耳を上端側から下端
側に向かって折り返す上端折り返し板と、下端側の耳の
紙端に糊付けする糊付装置と、糊付けされた下端側の耳
を下端側から上端側に向かって下端折り返し板と、厚み
上限からはみ出た下端側の耳を切板上面に折り重ね接着
