Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the variation of a printing density even if ink is used for a transfer of long period by mounting therein a tip immersed with the ink at the end of a pinlike cylinder in which the ink is always supplied in a printing head for a printer. CONSTITUTION:Ink is always supplied from an ink tank to a pinlike cylinder 3, and a tip 1 made of an immersing element such as sponge or the like immersed with the ink is mounted therein at the end of the cylinder 3. In this case, the tip 1 is so provided that the printing face 1a of the tip 1 slightly protrude from the end of the cylinder 3. Thus, even a specific head pin of the pins disposed in a matrix is hit, the tip 1 at the end is pressed to a sheet thereby to transfer and print the ink 2 immersed at the tip 1 to and on the sheet 2.

The ink transfer type head pins according to the present invention shown in FIG. 1 are arranged in a print head, for example, in a matrix, and as shown in FIG. Connect 4. The cylinder body 3 is constantly replenished with ink 2 from an ink tank 4, and based on the print command, a specific helad pin in the matrix arrangement is fired toward the paper, the tip 1 at the tip is pressed against the paper, and the tip is removed. Printing is performed by transferring the ink impregnated in No. 1 onto paper.
