本考案は、プルタブを引き上げて開封する方式
の容器の、蓋の構造に関する。

材料で製造した、主として飲料用の容器の開封に
は、多くの場合、プルタブ方式が採用されてい
る。すなわち、蓋に設けた飲み口をプルタブでお
おい、ヒートシールなどで接着して密封してお
き、プルタブの接着してない端を引き上げて剥が
すことにより、飲み口を開口させるものである。
この方式は、イージーオープン性においてすぐれ
ている。
ところが、蓋にあけた孔の切断面が露出したま
まであるが、内容物により腐食されたり、液がし
み込んで層間剥離を生じたりする。飲料包装体の
長期にわたる常温流通を可能にするため、これま
では、飲み口の内側からもポリエチレンのフイル
ムをヒートシールしたり、あるいは溶融ポリエチ
レンでコーテイングしたりする対策がとられてき
た。
しかし、このような切断面保護策はいずれもそ
のための工程が必要であり、飲料容器の製造また
は包装作業を複雑にしている。
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Pull tabs are often used to open containers made of paper, plastic, aluminum, or composite materials, primarily for beverages. That is, the drinking spout provided on the lid is covered with a pull tab and sealed by heat sealing or the like, and the drinking spout is opened by pulling up and peeling off the unadhered end of the pull tab.
This method is excellent in easy openability. However, although the cut surface of the hole drilled in the lid remains exposed, it may be corroded by the contents or liquid may seep in, causing delamination. In order to enable beverage packaging to be distributed at room temperature for a long period of time, measures have been taken to heat seal the inside of the drinking spout with a polyethylene film or coat it with molten polyethylene. However, all of these cut surface protection measures require additional steps, complicating the manufacturing or packaging operations of beverage containers.
本考案の目的は、このような問題を解消し、開
封の容易さを維持しながら、切断面の保護に特別
の工程を必要としない構造のイージーオープニン
グ飲料容器を提供することにある。

図面を参照して説明すれば、本考案の飲料容器
１は、第２図に示すように、アルミニウムとポリ
エチレンまたは紙とポリエチレンの二層（前者は
２１、後者は２２で示す）を有するシートを、ポ
リエチレン層が内側となるように用い、アルミニ
ウムまたは紙の層２１は完全に切断してポリエチ
レン層２２の一部に至る深さの、飲み口３の形状
を有するハーフカツト５を設け、この飲み口３の
上に第１図にみるようにプルタブ４を接着してな
る蓋２をそなえたことを特徴とする。
蓋の材料は、要するに最も内側に、その厚さの
一部にハーフカツトが到達しているポリエチレン
層が存在すれば、その他の層は前記したアルミニ
ウムでも紙でも、それらの複合材にあつても、あ
るいはさらに別の材料を積層したものであつても
差支えない。
蓋材の構成とハーフカツトの実際について一例
をあげれば、アルミニウム（130μ）または紙
（380ｇ／m2）＋ポリエチレン（80μ）の積層材に
おいて、ポリエチレン層に深さが10〜70μの範囲
となるハーフカツトを与える。すなわちポリエチ
レン層を70〜10μの厚さにわたつて残すのであ
る。

なお、プルタブは、第１図に示すように飲み口
を完全におおつている必要はなく、一部だけをお
おうものであつてもよく、要はプルタブの端４１
を引き上げたとき、ハーフカツトに沿つて蓋材が
切れて飲み口が開口すればよい。
