ようとすれば、クレーン車としての全高が高くな
り、これもまた走行時の問題となる。一方、横抱
き式の場合には側面視界が広がる反面、左右方向
厚みが大きくなるため、狭い走路での曲折に支障
を来たすという問題があつた。

定ブームの基端部および先端部横側面に設けられ
たジブ先端部および基端部両固定機構と、ジブ張
出し作業時にジブと可動ブームとの間に懸架され
てジブを支持するロツド部材とを具備し、上記ジ
ブ先端部固定機構は、ブーム長さ方向の前後両面
および上記ジブが格納されるブーム横側面と反対
側の側面が開放し上記ジブ先端部係合ピンを収容
しうるコ字形の固定ブラケツトと、この固定ブラ
ケツトにおける上記開放した側面にこの側面を閉
塞する起立位置と同側面を開放する倒伏位置との
間でブーム長さ方向水平軸まわりに起伏回動可能
に取付けられた可動ブラケツトとを備え、基端部
固定機構は、ジブを格納姿勢で支える固定ブラケ
ツトと、上記ジブ基端部係合ピンがジブ長さ方向
に係脱しうるピン孔を有し上記固定ブラケツトに
