された一の気体を脱着して排出気体として排出す
る気体分離装置において、 上記乾燥手段として乾燥剤を用いると共に、 該乾燥剤を上記気体供給手段から吸着装置に至
る間の位置で、上記吸着工程において混合気体が
流れ、かつ上記脱着工程において排出気体が流れ
