周に抜け止めフアスナ用の溝30が削設されてい
る。そして、垂直ポール2は第7図の如くネジシ
ヤフト12及び回転自在手段8たる球面軸受14
を介して押接部材15が接続され、その下端面が
床押接面7を形成する。又、垂直ポール2の上端
には第7図に準じた回転自在手段8たる球面軸受
14を介して押接部材15が接続され、その上端
面が天井押接面7を形成する。さらに、垂直ポー
ル2の上部寄り中間部には第5図に示す如く水平
部材枢着用の取付部材16が溶接固定される。そ
の取付部材16は小箱状に形成され、その立面に
垂直ポール2を貫通する丸棒挿通孔17が穿設貫
通されている。次に、水平部材5は第2図、第3
図あるいは第5図の如く一対のコ型鋼を背中合せ
に溶接すると共に、その長手方向中央付近から一
端にかけて狭い又状部18を開脚形成する。その
又状部18の根元寄りには丸棒挿通孔19(第3
図)が穿設され、該孔19と垂直ポール2の丸棒
挿通孔17(第5図)とが整合されて、それらに
第5図の如く丸棒20が貫通する。そして、該丸
棒20の両端がいわゆる松葉ピン21等で係脱自
在に抜け止めされ水平部材5の中間部が垂直ポー
ル2に枢着されて、その枢着点の回りを該水平部
材5がわずかに回動し得るように構成する。さら

に離間してU字フツクからなる吊り上げ部4を突
設し、該吊り上げ部4に第1図の如くチエインブ

れ、その一端に第4図に示す端部突設部材9が第
1図の如く着脱自在に取付けられる。即ち、端部
突設部材9はその下端に前記一端のボルト穴22
(第3図)へ整合するボルト穴23(第4図)が
穿設され、それらにボルト24(第1図)が取付
けられるものである。そして、その端部突設部材
9の上端には車輪6が取付けられ、該車輪6の外
周面が天井当接面3を構成する。以上の如くして
