However, it is desirable to foam the foamable resin inside the extruder as much as possible, and keep it at a low temperature in the nozzle to maintain that state. Of course, sufficient heating is required within the mouthpiece as well. However, in the die shown in JP-A No. 55-152030, foamable resin is introduced near the discharge ports of the resin extruders for the inner and outer layers, so it is affected by the heat of the resin extruders for the inner and outer layers, and the middle layer However, due to abnormal foaming, a closed cell structure cannot be formed, and there is a problem in terms of strength.

In addition, it is desirable that the thickness distribution of the three layers has as little variation as possible from the point of view of keeping its strength constant, but in the case of the thickness distribution of the three layers, the spider Since it is then divided and welded again in the convergence area, variations in the thickness of the three layers tend to occur, making it difficult to adjust the thickness.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a cap in which the foamable resin of the intermediate layer does not foam abnormally and the thicknesses of the inner layer, outer layer, and intermediate layer can be easily adjusted.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a straight die for extrusion molding a composite tube having an intermediate layer of foamable resin between the inner and outer layers made of synthetic resin. The first mandrel 6 that forms the resin flow in an annular shape is connected to the spider 7.
At the same time, a crosshead die 13 for supplying resin flow constituting the outer layer is provided at the rear of the die ring 1, and three layers, an inner and outer layer and an intermediate layer, are formed at the rear of the die ring 1. The second mandrel 9 is connected to the first mandrel 6 by the spider 10.
The first mandrel 6 is supported by the first mandrel 6, and the supply port 17 for the resin flow constituting the inner layer is provided at the rear of the first mandrel 6.

Therefore, the inner layer is flowed from behind the first mandrel, and the outer layer is flowed from the die ring to the rear of the die ring, and the intermediate layer is flowed into this inflow portion, thereby making it possible to manufacture a three-layer composite tube.

The die ring 1 has a supply port 4 formed in front thereof for supplying a foamable resin flow 3 forming the intermediate layer 2 from a discharge port of a foamable resin extruder (not shown), and a torpedo in the die ring 1. A first mandrel 6 is supported by a spider 7 and a second mandrel 9 is mounted behind the first mandrel to form a foamable resin flow 3 in an annular shape with the torpedo 8 directed toward the supply port 4. is supported by a spider 10 at the rear of the first mandrel 6. Also,
A crosshead die 13 for supplying a resin flow 12 constituting the outer layer 11 is provided in the die ring 1 at a position corresponding to the front part of the second mandrel 9. A supply passage 16 for a resin flow 15 constituting the inner layer 14 is formed in the first mandrel 6 , and a supply port 17 is formed at the rear of the first mandrel 6 .
A gate 18 of a resin extruder (not shown) for forming the inner and outer layers is arranged in the body of the die ring 1, and this gate 18 is divided into two parts with flow rate adjustment valves 19 and 2, respectively.

Therefore, the resin flow 3 supplied from the foamable resin extruder to the supply port 4 moves backward while being formed into an annular shape by the first mandrel 6, while the resin flow supplied from the resin extruder for forming the inner and outer layers is gate 18
The resin flow of the outer layer 11 is supplied from the crosshead die 13, and the resin flow of the inner layer 14 is supplied to the supply port 1 through the supply path 16 of the first mandrel 6.

As described above, the present invention arranges the first and second mandrels in series within the die ring, allows the foamable resin constituting the intermediate layer to flow from the front of the die, and
Die-ring the synthetic resin that makes up the outer layer from behind.
The synthetic resin that makes up the inner layer flows into the first mandrel from the rear, forming three layers at the rear of the mouthpiece to manufacture a composite tube, so the inside of the mouthpiece is kept in a state where the foamable resin is maintained at a low temperature. It is movable, easy to form closed cells, the strength of the composite tube is maintained, and since three layers are formed at the rear, the thickness of the three layers can be kept constant.
