本考案は自動給紙機構を備えた文書細断装置に
関し、特に細断用文書の給紙を手差し、自動給紙
の双方で行なうことが可能で且つ紙づまりが発生
した時容易に抜きとれる機構を備えた文書細断装

給紙装置付文書細断装置」は、自動給紙機構を文
書細断装置に組み込んで同一凾体とし、且つ上記
2つの装置の駆動源を共用に構成して、該文書細
断装置の簡素化、小型化を図り、使い易さを実現
したものであつた。

合があり、上記自動給紙機構を手差しの給紙にも
使い易いものにしたまま、自動給紙をより確実に
する為に給紙をカツタの細断枚数以内にする要求
があつたが、従来の上ローラによる押圧力だけで
は紙質によつてはその要求に充分に応じられない
場合があつた。第2の点は給紙を行つて細断中
に、文書細断装置が過負荷状態の為オートリター
ン機能により文書が押し戻された時、自動給紙機
構は紙を送り込む方向へ常に作動されるので、押
し戻された文書を容易に抜き取れない場合が生
じ、この解決が求められていた。

して給紙するゲートローラと、前記ゲートローラ
を接時にロツクし断時に前記伝動軸の追随回転と
する第2の電磁クラツチと、前記文書細断装置の
過負荷を検知して前記電磁クラツチ全てを断とす
る過負荷検知手段とを備えることである。

由状態とし過負荷時、即ちオートリターン時文書
を抜き取りやすくする。

トローラ7を駆動するギア6は、上記アイドラギ
ア5と歯合する。上記クラツチ1とクラツチ2の
電気制御は第4図に示すように本装置の上面操作
パネルに設けられた切換スイツチ12によつて行
われる。また、文書細断装置の過負荷検知手段1
3は駆動源の電動機に設けられ、該電動機の主巻
線に過電流検出部を備えて、過負荷時には、上記
検出部より過負荷信号を発する。上記のように構
