行われており、従来かかる異種原料をコーテイン
グせしめる様にしたものとしては特開昭58−
179606号公報に記載されている様な異種原料コー
テイング窯業用素地押出装置が見受けられるも、
かかる装置は母体原料の押出機先端の罐筒部に対
し、コーテイング原料を押出すスクリユー式の押
出機の先端部を垂直に接合せしめ、双方の押出機
を作動せしめて母体原料用の押出機の吐出口より
吐出せしめる様に成しており、コーテイング原料
の圧着は母体原料の圧縮成形過程中において行わ
しめているので、重合された原料が吐出口から吐
出するまでの間に圧縮成形に伴う圧力およびスク
リユー押圧による捩れにより母体原料とコーテイ
ング原料とが混合され、このため母体原料に対し
コーテイング原料を表面層のみにコーテイングす
ることは困難であり、又母体原料に対しコーテイ
ング原料が垂直方向から押出し作用されるためコ
ーテイング厚さがコーテイング原料の押出し圧に
直接影響され、スクリユー式押出機の押出し圧は
調整が困難であることよりコーテイング厚さを均
一ならしめることが出来ない等の欠点を有してい
た。

渉させて重合せしめ、重合された主原料とコーテ
イング原料を圧接ローラーにて圧接せしめる様に
した窯業用素地における異種原料のコーテイング
方法および装置を提供して上記欠点を解消せんと
したものにして、以下本発明の一実施例を図面に
基づいて説明すると、 1は成形品の母体となるべき主原料Aを押出し
成形せしめる押出成形機であり、シリンダー2内
に挿通配置せしめたスクリユーシヤフト3を回転
せしめることにより溜箱4を通して先端に装着せ
しめたノズル5の吐出口6より所定形状の素地と
して連続的に押出しせしめる様に成している。

り、常に均等な圧力にて挟圧一体化を総合的に向
上させることが出来、又コーテイング原料Bのコ
ーテイング厚さも押出成形機7のノズル12、ガ
イド部材13を交換するのみで任意の厚さに正確
且つ簡易に調整することが出来る等その実用的効
果甚だ大なるものである。
