を区画形成するデイスプレーサ８とを備え、圧縮
機から係給された冷媒ガスをシリンダ２内の膨張
室１０，１１に給排して、そのガス圧によりデイ
スプレーサ８を往復動させるとともに、膨張室１
０，１１での冷媒ガスの膨張によりシリンダ２の
下部に極低温レベルの寒冷を発生させるようにし
た極低温冷凍機において、上記シリンダ２にはそ
の上端にシリンダ２の半径方向外側に同心状に膨
出する円筒状膨出部２ｃが形成され、デイスプレ
ーサ８には上記膨出部２ｃ内に往復動可能に嵌装
されたフランジ部８ｄが一体に突設されており、
このフランジ部８ｄの下面又は該フランジ部８ｄ
下面に対向する膨出部２ｃ内底面のいずれか一方
には、デイスプレーサ８が下降移動する排気行程
のストロークエンドに達したときに、デイスプレ
ーサ８下端がシリンダ２の下端に衝突しないよう
に上記フランジ部８ｄ下面又は膨出部２ｃ内底面
の他方と当接するバンパ１８が配設されているこ
