DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention comprises a spinneret plate having a large number of fine discharge holes, which is coupled and held by a spinneret holder,
This invention mainly relates to improvements in spinnerets used in wet spinning methods.

A typical spinneret conventionally used in the wet spinning method has a dish-shaped longitudinal section with a flange 1 on the outer periphery, as shown in Fig. 1, and this spinneret 2 has a diameter of 120 mm per outer diameter. Approximately 30,000 0.06mm discharge holes 3 are drilled at a 0.5mm pitch. However, in the case of wet spinning, the spinning pressure is normally around 10Kg/cm2, but when it is high it is around 100Kg/ cm2 .
As shown in FIG. 2 , the spinneret 2 has a spherical discharge surface 4 that protrudes downward, so the coagulation conditions at the center and the outer periphery of the spinneret are different, and especially at the outer periphery. There are drawbacks such as the threads pecking together near the ends. For this reason, it is possible to increase the thickness of the spinneret 2, but the spinning pressure
Assuming that the weight reaches 200Kg/ cm2 , if the diameter of the spinneret material is 120mm, the plate thickness should be at least 20mm.
If this is not the case, the discharge hole surface will be curved as described above.

However, it is technically extremely difficult to drill tens of thousands of discharge holes in a spinneret with a plate thickness of 20 mm. This is because, for example, assuming that 20,000 spun yarns are to be installed in a spinneret with an outer diameter of 120 mm, a blind hole with a stock solution introduction hole diameter of 0.5 mm, a depth of about 19 mm, and a spinning hole spacing of 0.7 mm is installed, and then the tip of the blind hole is A discharge hole will be drilled in the part.

Increasing the plate thickness of the spinneret in this manner is extremely difficult in terms of processing technology, especially when the spinneret has a large number of fine spinning holes, such as a wet spinning spinneret.

The present invention has been made to solve these problems, and uses a wet spinning method to increase the spinning pressure to 200%.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a spinneret capable of producing a stable yarn without bending the spinneret even when the yarn reaches Kg/cm 2 .

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the spinneret according to the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG.
This is a cap holder consisting of a WC with a diameter of 130 mm, a discharge surface side diameter of 120 mm, and a thickness of 10 mm.The cap holder 11 is provided with 136 through holes 13 with flanges 12, and the through holes 13 with flanges 12 have a flange 14 on the intermediate outer periphery. The height is 6mm, the mouth diameter is 5mm, and the thickness is 0.5mm, and the outlet hole 15 is 0.3 mm in diameter and has a continuous liquid introduction hole diameter of 0.2 mm on the bottom.
Dish-shaped spinneret plate 16 with 150 holes drilled at mm intervals
is penetrated from the lower surface, the flange 14 on the intermediate outer periphery is brought into contact with the lower surface of the flange 12 of the through hole 13, and the upper end 16a of the spinneret plate 16 is inserted into the through hole 1.
It is caulked to the upper surface of the flange 12 of No. 3.

Incidentally, the lower part of the through hole 13 of the cap holder 11 may be expanded as shown in FIG. 4. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, both the upper and lower parts of the spinneret plate 16 may be buried in the holder.

In the spinneret 18 of the present invention constructed as described above, since the spinneret holder 11 is made of cemented carbide, it can withstand high spinning pressure even though it is thin.
Since there is no curved deformation, yarn can be obtained under stable spinning conditions. Further, the spinneret 18 of the present invention has a flange 12 of the spinneret holder 11.
Since it is made by simply passing the spinneret plate 16 through the attached through hole 13 and caulking its outer periphery to the flange 12 of the through hole 13, it has excellent effects such as being extremely easy and inexpensive to manufacture.
