この発明は、つみ重ねた状態にした複数枚の
ICリードフレームの如き短冊状メツキ物を一枚

ば金メツキ処理することが知られている。ところ
でこのようなICリードフレームその他の短冊状
メツキ物にあつては所定の処理を施す場合まとめ
て処理することが効率向上につながるので、処理
に際しては複数枚つみ重ねた状態としておきこれ
を順次一枚当て連続的に取出すことが考えられ
る。しかしながら薄手の短冊状メツキ物はつみ重
ねると互いに密着して一枚ごとに分離しずらいと
言う傾向がある。特に上記のようなICリードフ
レームの場合プレスにて所望パターンに打抜く
際、型の摩耗防止その他の理由で潤滑油を塗布す
ることが多く相当な枚数をつみ重ねると全体が一
つのブロツクになつてしまい又、潤滑油がかたま
れば尚更のことブロツク化し易く分離が困難とな
るので、一枚ごとに分離するためには、従来有機
溶剤洗浄を施し一枚づつバラバラにして再びつみ
重ね次の工程、例えばメツキ処理工程のラインへ
入れるようにしている。したがつてその分離の処
理に時間がかかり手間もかかつて効率が悪いと言

は第1図で左右方向をフリーとすることにより対

り、第1図及び第2図で示す如くホルダー2の長
手方向〔第1図左右方向〕で複数支持体10が配
置されその進退動を同期させるようにしてある。
これら支持体10を同期させて進退動せしめるた
め、ホルダー2の外側にガイド13を設けて支持
体10をほぼ水平状態に支持し、リターンスプリ
ング14を支持体10の後部に取付け、さらに最
後部にガイドローラ15を取付けカムローラ16
に当接させている。尚、17は回転防止を計る溝
で、ガイド13よりこの溝17内へストツパボル

態にしてその対応する二辺側で保持する一対のホ
ルダーと、このホルダーの高さ方向の途中にあつ
て一番下側の短冊状メツキ物の二辺をほぼ水平状
態で支持すべく両ホルダー間へ一方のホルダーよ
り突出固定された突起及びこの突起に対応し他方
のホルダーより進退自在にして突出位置決めされ
た支持体を備える第1支持手段と、上記他側のホ
ルダーにあつて一番下側の短冊状メツキ物の一辺
に対し進退自在にして斜め上方向より引つ掛け体
を係合しては押圧・剥離せしめる剥離手段とそし
て同じく上記他方のホルダー側にあつて一番下側
とその上側の短冊状メツキ物間へ爪体を進退自在
にして圧入せしめる第2支持手段とから成るもの
としたため、たとえ密着しているつみ重ね状態の
短冊状メツキ物であつても確実にその一番下側の
メツキ物を剥離せしめ一枚当ての分離・取出しが
機械的且つ自動的に成し得ると言う効果があり、
従来例えばプレス後のICリードフレームに対し
施していた有機溶剤洗浄による分離処理が不要と
なつて極めて処理時間が短縮できると言う効果が

メツキ物の一辺に対し進退自在にして斜め上方向
より引つ掛け体を係合しては押圧・剥離せしめる
剥離手段と そして同じく上記他方のホルダー側にあつて一
番下側とその上側の短冊状メツキ物間へ爪体を進
退自在にして圧入せしめる第2支持手段とから成
