【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ボトルものや袋もの等の種類及び大きさの異なる複数種類の商品を商品ごとに陳列棚の棚板上に前後方向に整列して陳列するのに好適な商品陳列具に関し、特に棚板上に前後方向に一列に整列された陳列商品が前端から抜き取られるのに応じて、後方にある商品を棚板の前端方向へ移動させる手動式の前出し機構を備える商品陳列具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、ボトルものや袋もの等の各商品を商品ごとに陳列棚の棚板上に前後方向に整列して陳列するとともに、この陳列商品が前方から抜き取られるのに応じて、後方にある商品を前方へ移動させる手動式の押し出し機構付きの商品陳列具としては、実開平４−１２５７６１号に開示するものが知られている。

この種の商品陳列具は、陳列台（棚板）上にその長手方向に適宜の間隔を離して陳列台の長手方向と直角に配設した商品仕切板と、この商品仕切板の一方の側面に、商品仕切板の長手方向に沿い固着した商品繰り出し具（商品前出し機構）を備え、この商品繰り出し具は、商品仕切板の一方の側面に商品仕切板の長手方向に沿い接着剤により固着した案内板と、この案内板にその長手方向に沿い形成した一対の平行するガイドレールにスライド可能に支持された商品繰り出し片と、この商品繰り出し片のガイドレールの内側に位置する案内板の箇所に案内板の長手方向に沿い形成した一対の平行するガイドレールにスライド可能に係合する操作片とから構成され、操作片を手前に引き出すことにより、商品繰り出し片の前面側に整列された陳列商品を、その最先端の商品が陳列台の先端に設けた前面枠（商品転び止め部材）に突き当たる商品繰り出し片ごと陳列台上で手前に繰り出す。そして、操作片を元の位置に押し込む。この時、商品繰り出し片は繰り出し位置に保持され、また、陳列商品は繰り出された位置に保持される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のような従来の商品陳列具は、商品仕切板の一側面に別構造の商品繰り出し具を接着剤により固定する方式であるため、商品仕切板への商品繰り出し具の取り付け作業が面倒になるほか、商品繰り出し具を構成する案内板及びガイドレールの厚さと接着剤層の厚さを加算した分、商品陳列具全体の厚さ寸法が大きくなる問題がある。
このため、陳列台上にその長手方向に沿って配設される商品陳列具間の実際の間隔を、上記案内板及びガイドレールの厚さと接着剤層の厚さを加算した分大きくしなけらばならない。その結果、陳列台上にその長手方向に整列される商品の整列数が制限され、ひいては、陳列台上に商品を陳列できない無駄なスペースが生じてしまい、陳列台への商品の陳列効率が低下するという不具合がある。
また、商品繰り出し具は商品仕切板の側面から突出する形になるため、商品陳列具の意匠性が低下するという問題がある。

さらに、上記従来の商品陳列具では、商品陳列具を陳列台上に固定する手段がないため、商品繰り出し具の操作片を手前に引き出す時、商品陳列具全体が動いてしまい、これに伴い整列商品の整列状態が崩れて商品の手前への繰り出しができなくなるという問題がある。
また、従来における商品陳列具の商品繰り出し片は、商品の高さ方向の中間部分を後方から支える構造であるため、ボトル商品などのように自立できる商品の場合には何ら問題がないが、袋物などのように自立できない、かつ変形し易い商品に対しては安定して繰り出せないという不具合がある。

従って、本発明の目的は、商品前出し機構を含む商品仕切板の薄型化を可能にするとともに、棚板に安定的に固定できる商品陳列具を提供することにある。
また、本発明の他の目的は、自立できない商品に対しても安定して前出しが可能な商品陳列具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明は、商品を棚板上の前後方向に整列し、かつ前記整列された商品が前端から抜き取られるのに応じて、後方にある商品を棚板の前端方向へ移動する商品陳列具であって、前記棚板上に該棚板の前後方向に沿い延在し、かつ前記棚板の上面に対して直角に配置される所望高さの商品仕切板と、前記商品仕切板を前記棚板上に固定する固定手段と、前記商品仕切板の長手方向に沿って整列された前記商品を後方から押圧する商品押圧手段と、前記商品仕切板の下端に対向して前記商品仕切板の前端と後端間に差し渡し状態に設けた補強兼用のガイドロッドを備え、このガイドロッドに前記商品押圧手段の基部を摺動可能に係合するか、又は前記商品仕切り板の下端に長手方向に沿い形成したガイド溝に前記商品押圧手段の基部に連接された係合部を摺動可能に係合することで、前記商品押圧手段を商品仕切板の長手方向に移動可能に支持する支持手段と、前記商品仕切板の前記商品押圧手段と対向する側面に該商品仕切板の長手方向に沿って形成され、かつ商品仕切板の前端から後端に至る案内溝と、前記案内溝に前記商品仕切板の前端から摺動可能に係合され、かつ該案内溝と略々同一の長さを有し、前記商品仕切板の側面から突出しない形状にするとともに前記商品押圧手段の背面を後押しする係合部材を有する商品引き出し部材と、を備えることを特徴とする。

本発明はまた、前記固定手段が、前記棚板の前端に該棚板の左右方向に沿い設けられたバー部材である結合手段と、前記商品仕切板の前端に設けられ、前記結合手段に弾発的に係脱可能に係合され、かつ該結合手段の長手方向に摺動可能な凹溝である係合部を備えることを特徴とする。本発明はまた、前記固定手段が、前記商品仕切板を前記棚板に吸着するマグネットを更に備えることを特徴とする。本発明はまた、前記マグネットは前記商品仕切板の後端下面に固定され、前記商品仕切板の後端に前記マグネットを前記棚板から離間させる離脱部材を前記棚板に対して進退する方向に移動可能に設け、前記商品引き出し部材の後端に該商品引き出し部材を後退端から更に押し込んだ時に前記離脱部材を前進させる作動部材を設けたことを特徴とする。本発明はまた、前記商品押圧手段の背面を後押しする係合部材と前記商品押圧手段の間に位置して、前記ガイドロッドに商品仕切板の長手方向に移動自在に支持される在庫調整具であって、前記ガイドロッドに嵌合した状態で前記係合部材の下方空間の高さ寸法未満の高さ寸法の商品押圧手段当接面部と、この接面部と直角に連接するものであって下方にガイドロッドに嵌合する嵌合溝を備える移動方向案内部とからなる略Ｌ字状物の在庫調整具を更に備えることを特徴とする。本発明はまた、前記商品押圧手段が、前記商品に当接する押し付け面が斜め後方に傾斜する押し付け体を備えることを特徴とする。本発明はまた、前記商品押圧手段が、前記商品との押圧面積を増減させる補助押圧部材を備えることを特徴とする。本発明はまた、前記商品引き出し部材を常時後方へ付勢する付勢手段を備えることを特徴とする。

また、本発明は、商品を棚板上の前後方向に整列し、かつ前記整列された商品が前端から抜き取られるのに応じて、後方にある商品を棚板の前端方向へ移動する商品陳列具であって、前記棚板上に該棚板の前後方向に沿い延在し、かつ前記棚板の上面に対して直角に配置される所望高さの第１商品仕切板と、前記第１商品仕切板を前記棚板上に固定する固定手段と、前記第１商品仕切板の長手方向に沿って整列された前記商品を後方から押圧する商品押圧手段と、前記第１商品仕切板の下端に対向して該第１商品仕切板の前端と後端間に差し渡し状態に設けた補強兼用のガイドロッドを備え、このガイドロッドに前記商品押圧手段の基部を摺動可能に係合するか、又は前記第１商品仕切り板の下端に長手方向に沿い形成したガイド溝に前記商品押圧手段の基部に連接された係合部を摺動可能に係合することで、前記第１商品仕切板に前記商品押圧手段を第１商品仕切板の長手方向に移動可能に支持する支持手段と、前記第１商品仕切板に該第１商品仕切板の高さ方向の上端から内方に向け所望深さで商品仕切板の全長に亘り形成した案内溝と、前記案内溝に第１商品仕切板の前端から摺動可能に係合され、かつ該第１商品仕切板と略同一の長さを有するとともに前記商品押圧手段の背面を後押しする係合部材を有する商品引き出し兼用の第２商品仕切板と、を備えることを特徴とする。

本発明はまた、前記固定手段が、前記棚板の前端に該棚板の左右方向に沿い設けられたバー部材である結合手段と、前記第１商品仕切板の前端に設けられ、前記結合手段に係脱可能に係合され、かつ該結合手段の長手方向に摺動可能な凹溝である係合部を備えることを特徴とする。本発明はまた、前記固定手段が、前記第１商品仕切板を前記棚板に吸着するマグネットを更に備えることを特徴とする。本発明はまた、前記マグネットは前記第１商品仕切板の後端下面に固定され、前記第１商品仕切板の後端には前記マグネットを前記棚板から離間させる離脱部材を前記棚板に対して進退する方向に移動可能に設け、前記第２仕切板の後端に該第２仕切板を後退端から更に押し込んだ時に前記離脱部材を前進させる作動部材を設けたことを特徴とする。本発明はまた、前記商品押圧手段の背面を後押しする係合部材と前記商品押圧手段の間に位置して、前記支持手段に商品仕切板の長手方向に移動自在に支持される在庫調整具であって、前記ガイドロッドに嵌合した状態で、前記係合部材の下方空間の高さ寸法未満の高さ寸法の商品押圧手段当接面部と、この接面部と直角に連接するものであって、下方にガイドロッドに嵌合する嵌合溝を備える移動方向案内部とからなる略Ｌ字状物の在庫調整具を更に備えることを特徴とする。本発明はまた、前記商品押圧手段は、前記商品に当接する押し付け面が斜め後方に傾斜する押し付け体を備えることを特徴とする。本発明はまた、前記商品押圧手段は、前記商品との押圧面積を増減させる補助押圧部材を備えることを特徴とする。

本発明においては、商品仕切板の側面に形成した案内溝に商品引き出し部材を商品仕切板の前端から摺動可能に係合し、この商品引き出し部材を手前に引き出すことにより商品押圧体を含む整列商品を棚板の前端側に移動させることができから、商品前出し機構を含む商品仕切板の薄型化が可能なる。また、棚板の前端に設けた結合手段と、この結合手段に摺動可能な係合部、または棚板に吸着するマグネット等からなる固定手段により商品陳列具を棚板に固定するから、商品陳列具を棚板に安定して固定することができる。
また、本発明においては、支持手段を介して商品仕切板またはその基板に商品押圧体を移動可能に設け、この商品押圧体に押し付け体を斜め後方に傾斜して設け、さらに補助押圧部材を設けることにより、自立できない商品に対しても安定して前出しが可能になるとともに、商品に対する商品押圧体の押圧面積を増減でき、商品の形状や大きさに合わせて商品に対する商品押圧体の押圧面積を最適に設定できる。
さらに、本発明においては、商品引き出し部材の後端に該商品引き出し部材を後退端から更に押し込んだ時に、作動部材により離脱部材を前進させてマグネットを棚板から離間できるから、マグネットにより吸着された商品陳列具の棚板からの離脱が容易になる。また、在庫調整具を所望の位置にセットすれば商品陳列具に陳列できる商品の数を簡単に調節でき在庫管理が容易である。

また、本発明においては、第１商品仕切板の案内溝に第１商品仕切板の前端から摺動可能に係合し、この係合溝に第２商品仕切板の係合片を係合することにより、第１及び第２商品仕切板を整列商品間の仕切として機能させ、そして第２商品仕切板を第１商品仕切板の案内溝に沿ってを手前に引き出すことにより商品押圧体を含む整列商品を棚板の前端側に移動させることができから、商品前出し機構を含む商品仕切板の薄型化が可能なる。また、棚板の前端に設けた結合手段と、この結合手段に摺動可能な係合部、または棚板に吸着するマグネット等からなる固定手段により商品陳列具を棚板に固定するから、商品陳列具を棚板に安定して固定することができる。
また、本発明においては、支持手段を介して第１商品仕切板またはその基板に商品押圧体を移動可能に設け、この商品押圧体に押し付け体を斜め後方に傾斜して設け、さらに補助押圧部材を設けることにより、自立できない商品に対しても安定して前出しが可能になるとともに、商品に対する商品押圧体の押圧面積を増減でき、商品の形状や大きさに合わせて商品に対する商品押圧体の押圧面積を最適に設定できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１〜図３により本発明にかかる商品陳列具第１の実施の形態について説明する。図１は本発明の第１の実施の形態における商品陳列具を棚板に組み付けた状態の全体の構成を示す斜視図、図２は図１のＡ−Ａ線の拡大断面図、図３は本発明の第１の実施の形態における商品陳列具の分解斜視図、図４は本発明の第１の実施の形態における商品陳列具を棚板上にセットした状態でマグネット離脱機構の一部を切り欠いて示す商品陳列具の側面図である。

図１ないし図４において、商品陳列具１は、金属製棚板１０上の前後方向に一列に整列して陳列される商品Ａを整列商品ごとに区画する合成樹脂製の商品仕切板２０と、商品仕切板２０を棚板１０上に安定して固定する固定手段３０と、整列商品Ａを後方から押圧する商品押圧体４０と、商品押圧体４０を商品仕切板２０にその長手方向に移動可能に支持する支持手段５０と、合成樹脂材からなる商品引き出し部材６０を備える。

上記商品仕切板２０は、図１ないし図４に示すように、棚板１０の前後方向に延在する長さと整列商品Ａの高さに応じた所望の高さを有している。また、この商品仕切板２０の前端と後端には、商品仕切板２０を棚板１０上に直角に載置するための支持ブロック２０１及び２０２がそれぞれ固着され、支持ブロック２０１は商品Ａの転び防止を兼ねている。

上記商品仕切板２０の固定手段３０は、図１ないし図４に示すように、棚板１０の前端に該棚板１０の左右方向のほぼ全長に亘り配設され、商品仕切板２０の前端を棚板１０に固定する結合手段３０１と、商品仕切板２０の前端に設けた支持ブロック２０１の下端に形成された係合部３０２と、商品仕切板２０の後端を棚板１０に吸着して商品仕切板２０の前端を棚板１０に固定するマグネット３０３を備えている。上記結合手段３０１は、図１及び図４に示すように、棚板１０の前端部に棚板１０の長手方向に沿い固定したバー部材３０１Ａを備え、このバー部材３０１Ａの上面には、支持ブロック２０１の係合部３０２が弾発的に係脱可能に、かつバー部材３０１Ａの長手方向にスライド可能に係合する凹溝３０１Ｂが形成されている。

上記商品押圧体４０は、図１及び図２に示すように、棚板１０の上面と摺接する基部４０１と、この基部４０１から斜め上方に傾斜して設けた押し付け体４０２と、商品Ａに対する押し付け体４０２の押圧面積を商品の大きさに応じて変化させる板状の補助押圧部材４０３を備える。この補助押圧部材４０３は、その基部に突設した結合ピン４０４を基台４０１の正面部に貫通係合することにより、主押圧部材４０２の表面に重ね合わされる状態と、図１の２点鎖線に示す状態に回動できるように構成される。これにより、自立できない商品Ａを安定して前出しできるようするとともに、商品押圧体４０の商品Ａに対する押圧面積を押圧される商品の大きさ、すなわち商品の横幅寸法に応じて変化できるようになっている。

上記商品押圧体４０の支持手段５０は、図１〜図５に示すように、商品仕切板２０の支持ブロック２０１と２０２間に差し渡し状態に設けた補強兼用のガイドロッド５０１を備え、このガイドロッド５０１に商品押圧手段４０の基台４０１に設けた係合部４０５を摺動可能に係合することにより、商品押圧体４０を商品仕切板２０の長手方向に移動可能に支持できる構成になっている。

上記商品引き出し部材６０は、図１〜図５に示すように、商品仕切板２０の商品押圧手段４０と対向する側面に商品仕切板２０の長手方向に沿って形成された、商品仕切板２０の前端から後端に至る案内溝２０５に商品仕切板２０の前端から摺動可能に係合され、そして、案内溝２０５と略々同一の長さを有するとともに商品押圧手段４０の背面を後押しする係合部材６０１を有している。
また、商品引き出し部材６０の前端には商品引き出し部材６０の引き出し及び戻し操作をする時の把持性を確実にする引っ掛け穴６０２が形成されている。
さらに、商品引き出し部材６０の後端と支持ブロック２０２間には、商品引き出し部材６０を常時後方へ付勢するコイルばね（付勢手段）７０が張設されている。

上記商品仕切板２０の支持ブロック２０２には、マグネット３０３により棚板１０に吸着された支持ブロック２０２を離間させる離脱部材８０が棚板１０に対して進退する方向に移動可能に設けられている。そして、商品引き出し部材６０の後端には、商品引き出し部材６０を後退端から更に押し込んだ時に離脱部材８０に係合して離脱部材８０を支持ブロック２０２の下面から棚板１０に向けて突出させる作動部材８１が設けられている。

上記のように構成された商品陳列具１を棚板１０上の希望の箇所にセットする場合は、固定手段３０を構成するバー部材３０１Ａを棚板１０に固定する。
次に、商品仕切板２０の支持ブロック２０１に設けた係合部３０２をバー部材３０１Ａの凹溝３０１Ｂに弾発的に係合する。この状態で、商品陳列具１全体をバー部材３０１Ａに沿い棚板１０上の配置したい位置に移動し、後端の支持ブロック２０２を棚板１０上に載置する。これにより、支持ブロック２０２をマグネット３０３により棚板１０に吸着させて、商品陳列具１を棚板１０上の希望の箇所に安定して固定する。

上記のようにして、商品陳列具１を陳列される商品の幅寸法に応じて棚板１０上に所定の間隔で棚板１０の左右方向にセットし、このセットされた隣接する商品陳列具１間の棚板１０に商品Ａを一列に並べて載置する。
このようにして陳列された棚板１０上の整列商品Ａを最前端の商品から順に抜き取る。そして、商品の抜き取りにより棚板１０の前端部に隙間が生じた場合は、商品引き出し部材６０の引っ掛け穴６０２を指により把持し、商品引き出し部材６０をコイルばね７０に抗して手前に引き出す。これにより、商品押圧体４０を含む整列商品Ａは棚板１０の前端側に移動し、整列商品Ａの最先端の商品が転び防止兼用の支持ブロック２０１に突き当たる状態にする。また、整列商品Ａが支持ブロック２０３に突き当たる状態まで移動されたならば、商品引き出し部材６０の引っ掛け穴６０２から指を離すことにより、商品引き出し部材６０は自動的に最後端まで戻される。これにより、商品押圧体４０は最後尾の商品を当接する位置で置き去りにされ陳列姿勢をとる。また、商品引き出し部材６０は収納状態となり見栄えがよい。

また、商品陳列具１により棚板１０上に整列される商品Ａの形状及び大きさに応じて、該商品を押圧する商品押圧体４０の押圧面積を変更する場合、例えば、棚板１０上に整列される商品がスナック菓子等の袋物商品のように幅寸法が大きくなって、商品押圧体４０の押し出し体４０２と補助押圧部材４０３が重合された状態では商品の押圧に支障を来す場合は、図１の２点鎖線に示すように、補助押圧部材４０３を押し出し体４０２に対して４５度または９０度のように任意の角度に回動させる。これにより、袋物商品に対する押圧面積を押し出し体４０２の商品押圧面に補助押圧部材４０３の押圧面積を加えた大きさの押圧面積に変更することができる。

また、棚板１０上での商品陳列具１の配設位置を変更するなどに際し、商品陳列具１の固定を解除する場合について、図４及び図５を参照して説明する。図４は商品引き出し部材６０を後退端に達するまで押し込んだ状態で、未だ商品陳列具１は棚板１０上に固定されている。また、図５は図４の状態から更に商品引き出し部材６０を押し込んだ状態を示す。すなわち、図５に示すように、後退端に達している商品引き出し部材６０を矢印方向に更に押し込むと、商品引き出し部材６０の後端に設けた作動部材８１の傾斜面８１１が離脱部材８０の上端に係合して離脱部材８０を下方へ押し下げる。これに伴い、離脱部材８０の下端が支持ブロック２０２の下面から棚板１０に向けて突出し、マグネット３０３により棚板１０に吸着された支持ブロック２０２を棚板１０から離間させる。これにより、マグネット３０３により吸着された商品陳列具１を棚板１０から容易に離脱させることができる。

従って、本実施の形態によれば、商品仕切板２０の側面に形成した案内溝２０５に商品引き出し部材６０を商品仕切板２０の前端から摺動可能に係合し、この商品引き出し部材６０を手前に引き出すことにより商品押圧体４０を含む整列商品Ａを棚板１０の前端側に移動させることができから、商品前出し機構を含む商品仕切板２０の薄型化できる。また、商品前出し機構を含む商品仕切板２０の薄型化に伴い、棚板１０上に商品を陳列できない無駄なスペースがなくなり、棚板１０上の長手方向に整列される商品の整列数が多くなって、棚板１０への商品の陳列効率を向上できる。また、商品引き出し部材６０は商品仕切板２０の側面から突出しないため、商品陳列具の意匠的効果も向上できる。また、棚板１０の前端に設けた結合手段３０１と、この結合手段３０１に摺動可能な係合部３０２及びマグネット３０３からなる固定手段３０により、商品陳列具１を棚板１０に安定して固定することができ、従来の問題を解決できる。また、本実施の形態によれば、支持手段５０を介して商品仕切板２０に商品押圧体４０を移動可能に支持し、この商品押圧体４０に押し付け体４０２を斜め後方に傾斜して設け、さらに補助押圧部材４０３を設けることにより、自立できない商品に対しても安定して前出しが可能になるとともに、商品に対する商品押圧体４０の押圧面積を増減でき、商品の形状や大きさに合わせて商品に対する商品押圧体の押圧面積を最適に設定できる。さらに、本実施の形態によれば、商品引き出し部材６０の後端に該商品引き出し部材６０を後退端から更に押し込んだ時に、作動部材８１により離脱部材８０を前進させてマグネット３０３を棚板から離間できるから、マグネット３０３により吸着された商品陳列具１を棚板から容易に離脱させることができる。

次に、図６により本発明の第２の実施の形態について説明する。
図６は本発明の第２の実施の形態における商品陳列具の全体の構成を示す斜視図である。この図６において、図１と同一の構成要素には同一符号を付してその構成説明を省略し、図１と異なる部分を重点に説明する。

図６において、図１と異なる点は、支持手段５０が、商品仕切板２０の下端に商品仕切板２０の全長に亘り直角に固定され前記棚板１０上に載置される基板５０３と、この基板５０３に該基板５０３の長手方向に形成した案内部５０４と、この案内部５０４に摺動可能に係合され、前記商品押圧体４０の基部４０１を支持する係合部５０５とから構成されるところにある。これに伴い、第２の実施の形態では、第１の実施の形態において商品仕切板２０に形成されたガイドロッド５０１、支持ブロック２０１及び２０２が不要になる。このように構成された本発明の第２の実施の形態における商品陳列具においても上記第１の実施の形態と同様な作用効果が得られる。

図７及び図８において、商品陳列具１は、金属製棚板（図示省略）上の前後方向に一列に整列して陳列される商品を整列商品ごとに区画する合成樹脂製の第１商品仕切板９０と、第１商品仕切板９０を棚板１０上に安定して固定する固定手段３０と、整列商品を後方から押圧する商品押圧体４０と、商品押圧体４０を第１商品仕切板９０にその長手方向に移動可能に支持する支持手段５０と、合成樹脂材からなる商品引き出し兼用の第２商品仕切板９１を備える。
