位置を調整できるチルトハンドルに関し、特にそ

アリングホイール2を取付けてあり、他端は万能
継手3によつてステアリングギヤボツクス4又は
ギヤボツクスとの連結シヤフト5に連結してい
る。ジヤケツト6は図示しない軸受を介して前記
ステアリングシヤフト1を回動自在に軸承してお
り、傾斜角調整装置7によつてその一端寄りの部
位を計器盤下部の車体8に支持されている。この
調整装置7は車体8に取付けた固定ブラケツト9
と、ジヤケツト6に固設してジヤケツト6と共に
固定ブラケツト9内を上下に移動できる可動ブラ
ケツト10とをボルト11及びこのボルトに螺合
する調節レバー12とで締付固定できるようにし
たもので、この締付を緩めることによつてボルト
11は固定ブラケツト9の長孔9a内を上下に移
動でき、同時に可動ブラケツト10を上下に移動

締付を緩めてもジヤケツトを支持する必要がな
く、従つて弱い力にて軽快に所望の傾斜角に設定
することができると共に、ねじりばねはそのコイ
ル部が可動ブラケツトのロツドに遊嵌されている
ので可動ブラケツト内に納つているため、可動ブ
ラケツトが上下動する場合に他部材と干渉するこ
とがなく、しかも前述のとおりねじりばねのコイ
ル部が可動ブラケツトのロツドに遊嵌しているた
め、傾斜角を調整する時、ねじりばねのコイル部
の内周とロツドの外周との摺動抵抗によりジヤケ
ツトがぶらぶらせず位置を保持しやすい等の特徴
を備えたハンドルの傾斜角調整装置を提供するこ
