- 赤外線検出素子がその側面底部に取り付けられ
、かつ上端部に冷媒注入口を有する筒形の冷却槽
において、前記注入口を前記冷却槽の中心軸から
みて前記赤外線検出素子と反対側に偏心させて形
成したことを特徴とするサーモグラフイ装置用赤
外線検出素子冷却構造。
