In other words, since a material with large plastic deformation is used, it is difficult to obtain a stable fixation state without falling out over a long period of time by simply burying the tile in the tile body. An extremely complicated and cumbersome tile manufacturing process was used, including the attempt to integrate the tiles with the main body. In other words, to give an example of the manufacturing method, first, mortar is filled into a mold.
The tile body has an installation groove for the vulcanized rubber piece and an insertion hole for the installation metal wire to be inserted across the groove by using a special shape material when it hardens under strong pressure of about 100Kg/cm2. The product was manufactured by forming a vulcanized rubber piece with a hole for inserting a metal wire into the mounting groove, and then piercing the metal wire through the main body and the vulcanized rubber piece. be. Therefore, the production of tiles required extremely many steps, was complicated, and was completely unsuitable for mass production. Furthermore, even with such a complicated fixing method, the durability of the vulcanized rubber piece was still unsatisfactory. In other words, the vulcanized rubber piece that fits into the tile is fixed at the point where the metal wire is pierced, so if it is subjected to frequent road pressure,
This accelerated local mechanical fatigue, leading to destruction of the piercing point and, eventually, to the risk of it being torn off.

A metal surrounding non-slip piece is provided which is closely fixedly surrounded by the surrounding metal, and the metal surrounding non-slip piece is arranged directly on the tile mold surface, or a base of paper, plastic or magnetic plate is provided. After arranging and adhering them on one piece, they are placed on the tile mold surface, and the tile material is filled from above and hardened under pressure, so that the metal surrounding anti-slip piece is exposed on the top surface of the tile. If a stand piece is used, the stand piece must of course be peeled off.

される。 The metal surrounding non-slip piece is made by hardening and molding a non-slip material such as rubber or plastic into a desired shape in advance, and then compressing and fixing this formed object within the surrounding metal, or by compressing and fixing this formed object within the surrounding metal. Filled with an uncured anti-slip substance and pressurized, it is heated and cured to form a structure that strongly adheres to the surrounding metal. In this case, the anti-slip material is configured to protrude at the same height or slightly higher than the surrounding metal depending on the conditions of use.

得る。 As mentioned above, when the anti-slip substance is formed into a predetermined molded body and compressed and fixed to the surrounding metal, it is inserted with strong pressure using a specific device and fixed tightly, or it is heated and compressed to fix it tightly. This eliminates the initial strain that is characteristic of viscoelastic bodies such as rubber-like materials, in which large strain occurs initially and then remains almost constant, resulting in an extremely stable fixed and adhering state. Further, by stamping from the outside of the surrounding metal and forming at least a partial embossment inward, an even more stable fixing state can be achieved. Depending on the shape of the surrounding metal or anti-slip material, an adhesive may also be used in combination.

Since an integrally bonded state is obtained, there is no concern that it will come off, and an extremely stable fixed state is guaranteed. Of course, the surrounding metal may be pressed from the outside in the same manner as described above to make it more complete.

ある。 The method of embedding and fixing the metal surrounding non-slip material in the tile body is to place the required number of metal surrounding non-slip pieces on the tile mold surface during the manufacture of mortar tiles, fill them with tile material and apply strong pressure. A method can be adopted in which the material is pressure-cured and integrally molded. Such a manufacturing method is only possible by using a metal enclosing anti-slip piece. In other words, mortar tiles are generally molded under high pressure in a short period of 30 seconds or less in order to obtain strength, and then the pressure is removed and hardened, so a deformable material such as a rubber-like material is used alone. In this case, the tile body may become distorted after the pressure is removed, making it impossible to expect the desired hardening, and may also cause defects such as cracks in the tile body. However, like this invention,
When the rubber-like non-slip material and the surrounding metal are integrated, the entire rubber-like non-slip material is reinforced by the surrounding metal, so there is no possibility of distortion or deformation. This product can be laid in a desired buried state, exhibits an excellent anti-slip effect, and is highly desirable in terms of durability. In addition, when burying tiles at the same time as in this case,
It is necessary to polish the surface as a finishing process, but
If only a single anti-slip material is buried, the degree of deformation of this anti-slip material is large and good polishing is not possible. Polishing work can also be carried out very easily and satisfactorily.

You can also fill it with Of course, in this case, the base piece is peeled off after the tile is formed. If the metal enclosing anti-slip piece is bonded and fixed on the table piece in advance and then molded, the stability of the piece will be high, and the molding will be extremely easy even in the above-mentioned case where the molding is performed under relatively high pressure. It's easy. In particular, since a magnetic plate can be used, positioning of the metal surrounding anti-slip piece becomes extremely easy and it is possible to improve molding efficiency.

By incorporating this into the tile body, we were able to greatly simplify the manufacturing process for non-slip tiles, which also had a high anti-slip effect.
It is also perfect in terms of durability. Furthermore, as an additional effect, the combination of different colored materials of the metal material and the anti-slip material may produce an aesthetic or marking effect.

Since the metal surrounding anti-slip piece is exposed on the top surface of the tile, the manufacturing method of the tile can be extremely simplified, unlike the conventional manufacturing method which uses a complicated fixing method that involves skewering and fixing with metal wire. It is. Moreover,
The resulting tile has no mechanical fatigue because the anti-slip substance is firmly fixed within the surrounding metal, and there is no risk of it coming off over a long period of use, and there is no risk of distortion or deformation. It is also highly durable and can guarantee the desired anti-slip effect over a long period of time. Therefore, although it has an excellent anti-slip effect, it has problems in manufacturing and durability, and it will greatly contribute to this technical field, where some kind of countermeasure has been desired.
