環状の突部を設け該突部の内壁に歯を形成した歯
車と、固定板に枢支されるレバー部材を有し該レ
バー部材の一端に前記歯に歯合する係合歯を設け
前記固定板の中央部を挟んで前記係合歯とほぼ対
向する前記固定板の平面に長孔を穿設し該長孔を
貫いて前記固定板の他面側に突出する係合ピンを
前記レバー部材に固定すると共に前記レバー部材
を前記係合歯が前記歯に歯合する向きに付勢する
バネ部材を有する伝動体と、回転円体の周面に多
数のラチエツト歯を形成すると共に該回転円体の
平面に前記係合ピンを挿通する溝孔を穿設したラ
チエツト板とを備え、前記伝動体を軸体に固定す
ると共に前記歯車及び前記ラチエツト板を前記軸
体に遊着し、一方前記ラチエツト板のラチエツト
歯に接離可能に形成したストツプレバー部材を設
け該ストツプレバー部材の前記ラチエツト板への
接離に対応して駆動が伝達解除されることを特徴
