This invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and allows observation of the inside of the body cavity and cutting or resection to be performed through the same insertion section, making it easy to observe the target region, and facilitating the cutting or resection operation. The speculum can be freely inserted into and removed from the channel of the insertion shaft of the drill device, and as a result, during surgery when the insertion shaft is inserted into the body cavity,
It is possible to replace the insertion shaft with a type of endoscope with a different viewing direction without having to remove it from the body cavity, which allows for more accurate observation of the body cavity and allows the patient to see the endoscope more easily. There is no pain every time you change the mirror, and the observation range of the endoscope is less likely to be scratched by the drill shaft or cutting edge.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an intrabody cavity resection device that can use either a rigid or flexible endoscope to be inserted through the channel of the insertion shaft.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes an insertion shaft to be inserted into a body cavity, and an integrated operation section at the rear of the insertion shaft, and the insertion shaft has a drill cutting edge at its tip. While rotatably inserting a drill shaft whose end is connected to a motor, an endoscope is inserted and removed from the insertion axis parallel to the drill shaft and at a predetermined distance so that the field of view is not obstructed by the drill shaft. A linear channel is provided from the insertion port to the protrusion port for freely attaching the device.

In the insertion shaft 25 of the drill device for intrabody cavity treatment, into which the drill shaft 27 with the cutting blade 26 attached to the tip is inserted, there is an insertion section 3 of the optical viewing tube 1 having the same configuration as described above in parallel with the drill shaft 27.
There is a channel that can be inserted and removed freely. The channel is provided at a distance from the drill shaft 27 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 so that the observation field of the optical viewing tube 1 is not obstructed by the drill shaft 27 or the cutting edge 26. Further, this channel is formed in a straight line from the insertion port to the protrusion port of the insertion shaft 25, so that a flexible endoscope can be attached in addition to the optical viewing tube (rigid endoscope) shown in the example. It's summery.

When cutting or excising cartilage or the like as described above with the drill device for intrabody cavity treatment of this embodiment configured as described above, the trocar 23 is inserted into the joint cavity, and then the trocar 23 is inserted into the trocar 23. The insertion shaft 25 of this drill device is inserted, and the optical viewing tube 1 for observation is further inserted into the channel within this insertion shaft 25 and mounted. In this case, the operator
The cutting blade 26 is configured so that it can be observed at a position in front of the field of view of the observation optical system disposed at the tip of the insertion section 3 of the optical viewing tube 1 attached to the optical viewing tube 1. Therefore, the state of cutting by the cutting blade 26 can be observed while observing the affected area with the cutting blade 26, and at the same time, cutting can be performed using the treatment drill device held.

As described above, according to the present invention, observation inside the body cavity and cutting or resection can be performed through the same insertion section, making it easy to observe the target region and making the cutting or resection operation easy. It can be inserted into and removed from the channel of the insertion shaft of the drill device, and as a result, during surgery when the insertion shaft is inserted into the body cavity, it can be inserted into the channel of the insertion shaft of the drill device without removing it from the body cavity. It is possible to replace the endoscope with another endoscope, which makes it possible to observe the inside of the body cavity more accurately, and the patient does not feel pain each time the endoscope is changed. The endoscope has the advantage that it is difficult to be knocked out by the user, and it is possible to use either a hard or flexible endoscope to be inserted through the channel of the insertion shaft.
