[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Technical Field] The present invention provides a spray nozzle that supplies a fan-shaped spray ejected from an airless nozzle with a low-pressure air flow surrounding the spray. The present invention relates to a nozzle suitable for painting, in particular for obtaining a circular spray pattern.

[Prior art] A wide variety of spray nozzles have been used to obtain circular spray patterns, but the typical air spray type has the disadvantage of significant mist scattering and low coating efficiency; The spray type has relatively little mist scattering, but the atomization efficiency is low and it is difficult to form a circular spray pattern over the entire surface.

As a new spraying method that combines the advantages of airless spraying and air spraying, a low-pressure air-additional spraying method has been developed in which an air flow is added to surround the spray ejected from an airless nozzle from the outside. . This new method not only has an atomization efficiency comparable to that of the air spray method, but also has a higher coating efficiency than the airless spray method, but most of the methods that have been implemented use fan-shaped atomization in an oval pattern. In order to obtain a circular pattern over the entire surface, the spray nozzle is used to crush the fan-shaped spray from the outside of the edge of the spray, and therefore it is not possible to obtain a large-diameter circular pattern. However, there are disadvantages such as increased mist scattering.

Although the present invention adopts a low-pressure air addition type spray method, it has a simple configuration and can easily obtain a large-diameter circular spray pattern with high atomization efficiency and less scattered mist. The object of the present invention is to provide a nozzle that can perform the following functions.

The embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 are cases in which the present invention is applied to a spray nozzle for painting, and the spray nozzle 1 is a cap-shaped cemented carbide nozzle main body 2 with a dome shape that is open from the rear. In addition to forming the recessed hole 3 deep enough that its tip reaches near the front end of the main body, a notched groove 4 with a V-shaped cross section is provided at the front end so as to appropriately intersect with the recessed hole 3, thereby forming a lip shape. The orifice type nozzle 5 is formed, and this nozzle 1
The spray nozzle 8 is fitted into the protruding end of the holder 7 where the ventilation passages 6, 6 are located so that the spray nozzle 5 is ejected from the tip. Dome-shaped recessed hole 9 in the nozzle main body
is provided in the rear open state, and the front end has a V cross section.
A four-pronged blowhole 11 is opened by providing cut grooves 10, 10 in the shape of a letter or a U letter so as to intersect with each other in a cross-like manner so as to moderately intersect with the dome-shaped recessed hole 9. The jet nozzle 8 is taper-fitted to the holder 7 on the same axis with the cut groove 10 on one side thereof being parallel to the cut groove 4 in the jet nozzle 1 in a phase relationship. When several tens of kg/cm 3 of paint is supplied to the liquid nozzle 1 and a fan-shaped spray is ejected from the nozzle 5 without colliding with the inner surface of the dome-shaped recessed hole 3 in the jet nozzle 8. At the same time, by supplying pressurized air at a relatively low pressure of about 4 kg/cm 3 to the jet nozzle 8, the fan-shaped spray from the jet nozzle 1 is enveloped and added to the jet from the jet nozzle 8 to form a solid conical shape. The diameter of the circular pattern was approximately 90 mm with the conventional device, but with the present invention, the diameter of the circular pattern was twice as large. A circular pattern with a diameter of approximately 170 mm was obtained, and although the reason why the fan spray deforms into a cone shape has not yet been theoretically elucidated, when a cross-shaped fan airflow surrounding the fan spray is formed, The fan-shaped airflow that coincides with the fan-shaped spray acts to moderately reduce the spray angle, and the fan-shaped airflow in the direction that intersects the fan-shaped spray acts to increase the thickness of the fan-shaped spray, and eventually the total air flow Both are considered to transform a fan-shaped spray into a conical spray.

As for the cut grooves 10 in the fumarole nozzle 8, three or four grooves may be provided in an intersecting state as shown in FIG. 4 or FIG. , the spray can be deformed into a conical shape as in the previous embodiment.

As explained above, according to the present invention, a fumarole nozzle in which four or more radial fumarole holes are formed by intersecting a dome-shaped recessed hole and a plurality of cut grooves can be converted into an orifice-type ejection nozzle for fan-shaped spray. Since the crowns are installed at almost the same position in front and back while maintaining a suitable gap, it is not only possible to form a large diameter solid cone spray, but also to atomize without scattering the mist. It can improve efficiency and is suitable as a coating spray nozzle for forming a circular pattern on the entire surface.

In a low-pressure air addition type spraying device, a relatively high-pressure liquid is supplied to an orifice-type liquid spray nozzle and sprayed in an airless manner, and at the same time, a relatively low-pressure air flow is added to the spray from outside the spray. A jet nozzle 8 is mounted on the fan-shaped spray nozzle 1 having a lip-shaped orifice-type jet nozzle 5 on the same axis so as to maintain an appropriate gap, and the jet nozzle 8 is a nozzle. In addition to providing a dome-shaped recessed hole 9 in the main body in a rearward open state, a plurality of cut grooves 10, 10 having a V-shaped or U-shaped cross section are provided at the front end so as to appropriately intersect with the dome-shaped recessed hole 9. The jet nozzle 1 and the jet nozzle 8 are arranged so that the fan-shaped spray jetted from the jet nozzle 1 forms a four-pronged or more radial jet nozzle 11. A nozzle for forming a circular spray pattern in a low-pressure air addition type spray device, in which a nozzle 5 and a radial nozzle 11 are arranged in a front-to-back position that substantially coincides with each other to the extent that they do not come into contact with the inner surface of the nozzle.
