Description of the Related Art Permanent hair removal devices are well known that perform permanent hair removal by applying electric energy such as direct current, high frequency, or other electromagnetic energy to the hair follicle of the hair to be removed. Such a permanent hair removal device can perform permanent hair removal relatively easily and reliably if handled appropriately. However, the hair removal treatment conditions vary widely depending on the gender and age of the person undergoing hair removal, the location of the body, and the timing of the hair cycle. Conventionally, the number of alkali units was introduced as a guideline for such processing conditions, and the output level, processing time, continuous or intermittent, etc. were determined according to this value.
A method has been adopted in which the moisture in the skin or hair follicle is measured and various treatment conditions are determined. In this way, the simple measurement method and the trial-and-error method of determining processing conditions based on several samplings rely on the intuition and experience of the processing engineer. There were particular problems.

The glass electrode 1 for measuring PH is a normal glass electrode that measures PH based on the membrane potential value generated when two liquids with different PHs come into contact with a thin glass membrane. Moisture measuring electrodes 2, 2 and a temperature measuring end 3 are arranged on the same surface of the glass electrode as the measuring part. These moisture measuring electrodes 2, 2
The temperature measuring end 3 is also integrally arranged at the tip of a suitable plastic holder 4 (see FIG. 2). An internal liquid replenishment port 5 is provided on the side surface of the glass electrode 1 for pH measurement. Furthermore, a cord 6 for a glass electrode for pH measurement and a cord 7 for moisture/temperature are provided at the base of the probe for connection to the main body (not shown).

The portion 0 of the holder 4 is cut out, and it is convenient to construct the holder 4 so that the glass electrode 1 for pH measurement can be easily attached and detached as shown in FIG.
