動作性が要求されることから、構造の簡単化、軽
量化が要望されている。

のキヤリツジを、更にリブ構成、或いは梁構成に
して剛性を向上し、かつ軽量化を図つたことを特
徴とする磁気デイスク装置のヘツドアクセス機構
を提供することによつて達成される。

うにそれぞれ支持バネ26を介して磁気ヘツド2
5を支持した複数の支持アーム24が連結板27
によつて取付けられている。又該キヤリツジ構成
体21の他端には、第3図に示す四つ割形の鉄心
32、永久磁石33及びヨーク34等から構成さ
れる固定磁気回路31と組合せてリニアモータが
構成される可動コイル28が支持部材29を介し
て一体に取付けられている。

磁気回路31中に、該固定磁気回路31に設けら
れたベアリング35によつて前記キヤリツジ構成
体21に設けられた上端部及び下端部のガイドレ
ール23を案内して挿設してこの回路との間でリ
ニアモータを構成した場合、キヤリツジ構成体2
1は高速に直線移動し、各磁気ヘツド25を磁気
デイスクの選択されたトラツク位置に精度良く位
置決めすることが可能となる。

を高速でアクセス動作させることが可能となるな
ど数多くの優れた利点を有する。従つて各種磁気
デイスク装置、特に小型磁気デイスク装置等のヘ
ツドアクセス機構に適用して極めて有利である。
