Abstract

PURPOSE:To make such a rectangular body that is large in capacity formable by pasting peripheral edges of both foldable trapezoidal and triangular bottom parts formed in each bottom part of both first and second sheets and a double side bottom of this second sheet together and thereby forming a bottom plane. CONSTITUTION:A print command for specified items is fed to a printer from a computer, and the specified printing takes place in a balloon part on a printable surface sheet 1. When the printed continuous sheet medicine bag like this is delivered out of a printer, it is cut off along a perforation running in the cross direction, and furthermore a lower part and an edge part 10 of a slant sticking part 7 are cut off along perforations 9, 12. Then, a lower part of a fold type 8 is set down to a bottom surface, using a dogleg-shaped bend part as a gusset, and a medicine bag 15 is opened into which a drug is chanrged. Since the gusset and the bottom part are made formable in this medicine bag 15, a large quantity of the drug can be easily housed in the finished medicine bag.

(Prior art) In recent years, with the advancement of computer technology, in pharmacies such as hospitals, a plurality of drugs are weighed in advance and packaged or weighed into tablets, and these are stored appropriately in a storage unit and medical records are stored. There is a trend toward adoption of a system in which data regarding drugs, etc. is input into a computer according to instructions, and the drug is automatically selected and supplied by the computer.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, when it comes to medicine bags, it is necessary to write information such as the patient's name, how to use the medicine, time, amount, etc. However, in conventional automatic medicine supply systems, it is not possible to record the medicines that have been automatically supplied. It is common for prescribed information to be entered in the medicine bags to be stored by hand, and for this reason, handwriting on the medicine bags has become a bottleneck, and a complete drug supply system has not yet been completed. be.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, the continuous sheet-like medicine bag paper used in the computer automatic printing device according to the present invention consists of a first sheet extending in the longitudinal direction constituting one of the front and back sides of the medicine bag, and a It consists of a main surface part constituting the other side of the main face part and a second sheet extending in the longitudinal direction having a pair of inwardly folded side parts on both sides continuous with the main face part, and the periphery of both sheets at a constant bag length interval in the longitudinal direction. It is a continuous sheet-like bag paper which is made by pasting together in a roughly U-shape excluding the opening so that a plurality of bag grooves are continuous in a sheet shape in the longitudinal direction, and can be separated into each bag structure after printing. When separating each bag groove adult body and stretching the folded side portion to form a substantially flat rectangular bag, the first bag groove adult body of each bag groove adult body is
The bottoms of the first and second sheets are formed into a trapezoidal shape that can be folded so that the bottom of the sheet, the bottom of the main surface of the second sheet, and the bottom of both sides gather together to form the rectangular bag bottom. In addition, the bottoms of both side surfaces of the second sheet are formed into a triangular shape that can be folded, while the peripheral edges of the trapezoidal bottoms and the triangular bottoms are adhered to each other to form a bottom plane.'' That is.

Further, the continuous sheet medicine bag paper used in the computer automatic printing device according to the present invention is characterized in that a first sheet and a second sheet, at least one of which can be automatically printed, are pasted together in a band shape along both sides in the longitudinal direction. The first sheet is folded into a dogleg shape with the inner portions of the side adhesive portions bent to form a sheet main body having approximately the same width as the second sheet; The second sheet is attached to each other in the width direction at constant length intervals, and
The doglegged bent portion of the first sheet, the first sheet main body portion, and the second sheet are formed into a belt-like shape that slopes upwardly toward the outside between the side adhesion portion and the width direction adhesion portion. A folding mold is inserted into the first and second sheets by tying the outer end positions of the lateral pasting parts, and the lower part of the slanted pasting part is cut out or A perforation is provided along the lower side of the inclined adhesive part, and a continuous punch hole for paper feeding is formed on the outside of the adhesive part on both sides of at least one of the first or second sheet. When the lower end of the widthwise adhesive part is cut or separated, it is possible to form a gusseted medicine bag in which the upper end is released and the lower part of the folding mold serves as the bottom surface.

(1) A longitudinal sheet having a first sheet extending in the longitudinal direction constituting one of the front and back sides of the medicine bag, a main face part constituting the other face of the front and back of the medicine bag, and a pair of inwardly folded side parts on both sides continuous thereto. The periphery of both sheets is pasted together in a roughly U-shape with a constant bag length interval in the longitudinal direction, excluding the opening, so that a plurality of bag structures are formed in a sheet shape in the longitudinal direction. A continuous sheet-like bag or paper that is constructed so as to be continuous and can be separated into each bag structure after printing, wherein each bag structure is separated and the folded side portions are extended to form a substantially flat rectangular bag. When forming, the first
The bottoms of the first and second sheets are formed into a trapezoidal shape that can be folded so that the bottom of the sheet, the bottom of the main surface of the second sheet, and the bottom of both sides gather together to form the rectangular bag bottom. In addition, the bottoms of both side surfaces of the second sheet are formed into a foldable triangular shape, and the peripheral edges of the trapezoidal bottoms and the triangular bottoms are bonded to each other to form a bottom plane. (2) A first sheet and a second sheet, at least one of which is capable of automatic printing, are pasted to each other in a band shape along both sides in the longitudinal direction, and the first sheet has inner portions of the side pasting parts. Each sheet is bent into a dogleg shape and its sheet main body is formed to have approximately the same width as the second sheet, and the first sheet main body and the second sheet are pasted to each other in the width direction at a constant length interval. At the same time, the dogleg-shaped bent portion of the first sheet, the first sheet main body portion, and the second sheet are arranged so that the height becomes higher toward the outside between the side adhesive portion and the width adhesive portion. A folding die is inserted into the first and second sheets by tying the outer ends of both the inclined adhesive parts, and a corner is cut out in the lower part of the inclined adhesive part. or a perforation is provided along the lower side of the inclined adhesive part, and continuous punch holes for paper feeding are formed on the outside of both side adhesive parts of at least one of the first or second sheets. A computer automatic printing device characterized in that, when the lower end of the widthwise adhesive part is cut or separated, a gusseted medicine bag can be formed with the upper end being released and the lower part of the folding mold serving as the bottom surface.
