Claims (1)
- 箱体の下面に取付けた半導体素子スタツクの上
方にシールド板を配設し、さらにその上方に駆動
用プリント板を設けてなる半導体電力変換装置に
おいて、前記半導体素子スタツクに信号を与える
ための信号線を挿着するコネクタの一方を前記シ
ールド板に取付け、かつ前記コネクタの他方を前
記コネクタの一方に対応するように前記駆動用プ
リント板に取付けたことを特徴とする半導体電力
変換装置。
