押出型材が用いられており、これらパネルの上下
端縁にそれぞれ設けた雄雌係合部同志を回動可能
に連結することによつてシヤツタードアが形成さ
れるが、従来この連結を、一方のパネルに対して
他方のパネルを側方から挿入することによつて行
なつているが、このものでは組立が面倒である上
に、組立てる際の作業スペースが大きく必要にな
るという欠点がある。ところで、この種シヤツタ
ードアは、パネル同志の折曲角は、ガイドレール
の湾曲したコーナー部で最大となるので、これ以
上折曲した状態で上下パネルの結合部同志を突合
わした状態でそのまま係合できるようにしたもの
が採用されている。しかるに上述のような従来の
シヤツタードアにあつては、上下の開閉操作を激
しく行なつたりすると、ガイドレールの湾曲部に
おいてパネル間に無理な力が加わり、このためパ
ネル同志が大きく折曲して上下のパネル係合が外
れたり、ローラピンがガイドレール内で抜けそう
になる位まで上下のパネルが横ずれしたりすると
いう欠点があり問題になつていた。

しめた状態で対応する両パネルの係合部の折曲自
在な雄雌嵌合が可能となるように構成したシヤツ
タードアパネルにおいて、上記パネルには、一方
のパネルに対する他方のパネルの折曲角を、前記
雄雌嵌合を許容する所定角度以下に規制して外れ
防止をする外れ防止部材を設けたことを特徴とす
るものである。

ール7が付設され、このガイドレール7は第2図
に示す如く中間部の湾曲部を経て天井面に略平行
になつている。1はシヤツタードアBを形成する
上パネル、2は下パネルである。上下パネル1,
2の連結の両側にはローラ9aを回動自在に軸承
したローラピン9が設けられる。シヤツタードア
Bはワイヤロープ8cが巻上ドラム8bに巻取
り、巻戻されることによつてこのローラ9aがガ
イドレール7に案内されて上下水平方向に動いて
開閉するようになつている。上下のパネル1,2
にはそれぞれ対向する側縁に凹状係合部1a、U
字状係合部2aが設けられ、該凹状係合部1aに
は円弧状の先端部1bが形成されて共にU字状係
合部2aを回動自在に包含するようになつてお
り、反対側にはU字状係合部2aの挿入溝1cが
設けられている。U字状係合部2aの基部外方に
は前記凹状係合部1aの先端部1bが回動案内さ
れる案内溝2bが形成されている。上下のパネル
1,2は第6図に示す如く例えば約70度折曲げら
れた状態にしてパネル2のU字状係合部2aをパ
ネル1の挿入溝1cから挿入して両パネル1,2
は連結される。3はパネルの外れ防止部材であつ
て、該部材3は互いに直角をなすよう折曲される
板片3aと3bとからなつている。一方の板片3
aの上部には横方向から切欠かれた切欠溝4があ
り、該切欠溝4の上方に外れ防止片5が備えられ
ている。また他方の板片3bの上縁は切欠かれて
板片3aより短くなつていて、その切欠部は後述
するように阻止辺6を形成している。また板片3
bの平面部にはビス孔3cが複数個設けられてお
り、この外れ防止部材3は、パネル1,2の連結
端部において対応する板片3a,3bをパネル側
面とパネル裏面とにそれぞれ当てがう状態で、ビ
ス10でビス孔3cを通してパネル2に固定され
る。このとき、一方の板片3aは、切欠溝4がロ
ーラピン9に外嵌する状態で取付けられ、これに
よつてパネル1の凹状係合部1aを横方向から支
持してパネル1のパネル2に対するに横ずれを防
止するようになる。また、他方の板片3bにおい
ては、その上縁に形成された阻止辺6がパネル1
のパネル2に対する前後方向の回動(折曲)角を
所定角(例えば65度)以上にならないよう回動阻
止するようになつている。尚、この外れ防止部材
3はパネルの左右両端連結部に設けられる。

けられたシヤツタードアBは、外れ防止部材3に
よつて、仮令手荒な開閉操作をしたとしても、係
合部1a,2bの雄雌嵌合が外れてしまうことは
ない。即ち、両パネル1,2が組付けられた状態
で、外れ防止部材3が、パネル2に対するパネル
1の回動(折曲)角が、雄雌嵌合部の解除角度
(嵌合角度)70度を越えることのないよう、回動
規制を行なうことになる。このため手荒い開閉操
作によつて両パネル1,2ガ大きく折曲しようと
しても、65度以上は折曲することがなく、従つて
雄雌嵌合が外れてしまうことが全くない。

な開閉作動を行なうことができるものである。
