In addition, each corner of a rectangular metal box is bent along a folding line and adjacent pieces are overlapped to form a triangle, which is then protruded inward and buried in concrete within the container (for example, Kosho 13-

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Among the conventional techniques, the former has a problem in that poor welding surfaces cause rainwater to enter the room and cause damage to each building member.

In the latter case, the triangular protruding pieces protruding into the container are simply pressed against each other by applying pressure from both sides, and the corner corners are pushed down by the collapse or expansion of the concrete filled on both sides inside the container. There is a problem in that the part is not necessarily fixed and there is no guarantee that it will open.

Therefore, the present invention was made in view of the problems of the conventional technology, and its purpose is to reduce the width of the connecting plate compared to the side plate by using a metal plate, that is, a metal panel. This is to make it easier to bend and improve the effect of stopping rainwater and eliminating the need for welding. It also eliminates the need for welding on the connecting plate when the side plate is folded, and is durable and improves its appearance. It is an object of the present invention to provide an interior/exterior metal panel with excellent corner portions.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the interior and exterior metal panels of the present invention, that is, the interior and exterior metal panels, have side surfaces on each side A and B of the interior and exterior metal panels formed in a rectangular shape. A plate 2 is integrally provided, and a connecting plate 3 whose width is narrower than that of both side plates made of the same material is integrally provided between the side plate and the adjacent side plate corresponding to the corner of the metal panel. and each side plate 2 has a protruding structure.
It is formed by bending the connecting plates together so that they are folded along the fold line C of the connecting plate and once protruding outward.

Although the protruding connecting plate may protrude outward, it is preferable to form the connecting plate by folding it over the outer surface of any of the side plates 2.

(Function) When the width of the connecting plate is narrower than that of the side plate, the side plate of the metal panel 1 can be easily bent together with the connecting plate. In addition, it has a rainwater stopping effect by bending the connecting plate, and
The clamping force of the connecting plate further prevents rainwater from entering.

In Figures 3 to 7, reference numeral 1 refers to metal panels for interior and exterior use, such as PVC steel plates, steel plates for enamel, aluminum plates, stainless steel plates, ultra-durable vinyl fluoride laminated steel plates, and NGKWALL (Nippon Insulator Co., Ltd.). (company product name) etc., and is used by bending it into a square, rectangle, or arc shape. 2
is a side plate, which is integrally formed on a part of the periphery of the metal panel 1, that is, on the outside of the front, rear, left and right fold lines A and B. Reference numeral 3 denotes a connecting plate, which is made of the same material as the metal panel 1 and is connected between both side plates 2, and its shape is such that, for example, the diagonal line connecting the corner of the side plate 2 and the connecting plate 2 is the base. The connecting plate 3 is made to protrude to form an isosceles triangle, and by folding the connecting plate 3 and the plate 2 on both sides, the plate 3 is folded at an angle from the fold line C, and is folded outward from the corner into a beak shape. A corner can be formed by protruding and folding the protruding connecting plate 3 onto the side plate 2 so as to bring the protruding connecting plate 3 into close contact with the side plate 2, but the corner can also be made to protrude outward. Reference numeral 4 is a mounting bracket, and the outer end of each side plate 2 is bent and the bracket 4 is attached.
It is also possible to provide a mounting hole 5 in the plate and screw it into a hole in the base material 8 corresponding to the hole 5, or to screw it in by attaching an appropriate number of clips to each side plate. 6 is the joint,
7 is a polysulfide caulking agent,
The joint 6 is filled with a caulking gun.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, this idea is to screw the metal panel 1 into the base material 8 vertically or horizontally as an interior and exterior through the mounting hole 5 of the mounting bracket 4.
A caulking agent, such as a polysulfide caulking agent or a silicone caulking agent, is filled along the joint 6 between the metal panel 1 and the adjacent metal panel 1 using a caulking gun, and the joint 6 is closed and finished.

Effects of the invention As described above, this invention is such that the width of the connecting plate 3 made of the same material is narrowed compared to the side plates so that the connecting plate 3 is integrally formed between the side plates 2 on both sides corresponding to each part of the metal panel 1 so as to protrude. Due to this structure, the welds at the corners do not peel off or open holes as in the case of conventional methods when caulking is filled in the joints, so there is no risk of rainwater getting in and there is no need for welding. Not only can it be provided at a low cost, but it is also strong and does not damage interior materials, so it is advantageous that it can be used for a long time.
